Seriously, Dave is amazing. He was more than willing to discuss the process of evicting and what to expect through the whole thing and total fees we should expect to pay. He even offered to serve a notice on a day he was leaving town since he'd be gone for a while. When deciding if we wanted to go through with it, he was super informative and friendly. He didn't charge us a consultation fee like other companies do. I will always use him if I need the service (which I hope I won't need again!)

Dave is the best of the best!!!!!! He goes above and beyond and makes what seems to be a stressful process look very easy. Dave has served papers to my father’s son twice already with no problem. This is a miracle because he is not a very friendly or cooperative person. The second time he was served, Dave knew that he had failed to comply with court orders and that my baby had still not been returned to me. I had just been at his address with law enforcement a few hours earlier and no one was home. Dave informed me someone was home and I met him there with law enforcement to try and enforce my court orders. At the end of the night I had my son back in my custody. That wouldn’t have happened if Dave didn’t go above and beyond for me. Dave spent nearly 3.5 hours there to help me get my son back informing me and reassuring me that they were still at the residence. I can’t thank him enough!

I reside in Northern California and filed a small claim in my county only to find out I couldn't serve one of the defendants because she moved to Las Vegas.
I contacted David at ServLaw and explained my situation. I also explained I had a Vegas address for the defendant and if he would be able to serve this person. He didn't hesitate, told me how much he charged (fair pricing), and served the person in the time frame he promised.
I couldn't ask for anything more. I wish David was in my area to help find the other defendant that is ducking the process.

I need to share an amazing experience I had using ServLaw. Coming from Hawaii, I needed to serve a 30 day notice to a tenant in Las Vegas. After reading positive reviews regarding this company, I decided to use ServLaw. The day I called the document was delivered that day. I made the deadline. I'm a senior citizen and this process was confusing at first, but Dave explained the process clearly from the start to finish. He goes that extra mile, more than I expected for the fee he charged.
