My mom needed to go a short distance (less than a mile) for a family event. They were late by 45 minutes. They were 1 hour and 1/2 late for pick up. On pick up, the driver couldn't find my mom's long term facility. We noticed he had stopped at Starbucks. On drop off, they got lost and drove miles out of their way (when it was a less than a mile drop off). I even personally asked the driver if they wanted to follow me and they said they knew where they were going. My mom at 84 years old was tired, had medication that we needed hours early and I didn't feel as though it mattered. When I called to ask status, it was originally shared that they were short staffed and were running a little behind. I called other times and no one would answer my calls. I had to repeatedly call when I could see the driver taking my mom the wrong way. I shared my experience with the company and the staff member who answered the phone said she couldn't do anything to help me. I asked to have a supervisor call me as I feel that they should reimburse me for this mess and make it right. They never called but cashed the $130 check for terrible service. The nurses at my mom's long term care shared that this place in known for not being on time. This was the first time in 2 years that my mom was able to attend a family event and it was a terrible transportation experience. I plan to use another company in the future.

A big thank you to Greg and the dispatchers who waited for us to land at the airport. We were supposed to get in by 2:30 on 9-24 and due to weather and other conditions, didn't get in till after 6 but both Greg and the dispatchers made sure we were picked up. Greg couldn't have been more understanding and helpful! The dispatchers were very kind and understanding as well.

Secure Transport made me feel SECURE! I say that after a number of bad experiences from another company that was subsdized by (presumably) a "funded" local hospital and could offer free transportation.
I just know I was GLAD to pay Secure for making my very first trip with them enjoyable. The driver even had a trainee riding along! The van was clean and besides that, the nurse at the medical center where I had an appointment KNEW the reputation of Secure, since she called it by name when she saw the driver bring me in with the company logo on his shirt.
Look at the number of "5-Star" reviews and you'll be able to overlook a few #1's. Especially from a disgruntled driver who admits being "let go" apparently after only ONE day. He is a demonstration of "a finger pointing at someone else means that 3 more were pointing back at himself!"
I was beginning to dread the "Other" company due to their many mishaps with me which could have created massive liability if I'd chosen to pursue. However, I'm happily looking forward to using Secure for a second time.

The transporter was proficient, but I was unfamiliar with some ways SECURE operates so I called the company owner and was extremely pleased with the feedback I got from him and the time he spent listening to my concerns. He patiently explained that the transporter was following company policy and let me know that it's okay to ask questions if I am unfamiliar with any processes that will naturally occur from one company to the next. Also, my wait-time for return was only about an hour or less. SECURE is still #1.

Very quick and extremely kind. Service was needed in an emergency and they were the only ones willing/able to help. The lady I spoke to on the phone was Rose, and she was more than willing to help, so sweet and empathetic. We will definitely use this company again when needed!! This was for a personal transport, but I'm a nurse manager in a nursing facility. I will be making a strong recommendation to add this company to the top of our list.

I just recently had a hip replacement. I booked my ride with this company on the early morning of the day of the surgery. I was given a call the day before for a confirmation of the ride... the reason this is important to describe is that I was due at my procedure at 5:30 am. CST. I live in the MST zone, so they had to pick me up at 2:20 am! I am so grateful for this transportation company also because the day of my release from the hospital two days later, as they said, was a 2 hour wait. I did have to wait, but just as well, I was so pleased with every aspect of the two-way ride. The driver was very pleasant, professional, attentive, and very kind-hearted. I recommend this company for any non-emergency medical transportation services needs to anyone who needs someone to drive them to any medical appointment. This driver deserves the recognition that she is a very dependable and professional driver who deserves a raise for sure. I had an excellent experience with this transportation company.
