We couldn’t be happier with our new fireplace! Sahar (the business owner) is very professional and the customer service he offers is impeccable. We never felt like Sahar was trying to sell us something that wasn’t needed. Our chimney and fireplace was in good condition and just needed a good cleaning and we opted for new equipment as well. The results are amazing and now we can enjoy this beautiful fireplace during the holidays! Highly recommend this business!

Hadn't cleaned my chimney in 40 years. Old gas log unit no longer worked. I dreaded starting the replacement process but Royal made everything easy. Sahar cleaned and swept chimney, removed old unit and installed new one. He is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Explains everything and leaves the area spotless. I couldn't be happier, would use again and highly recommend.

Great job. Sahar was very fast and did a really good job. He checked the gas line. He checked the flue. He vacuumed up everything and bagged it up even wore little boots to protect our floors. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants to keep their chimney, working efficiently and safely. He also offered to clean the dryer vent!
