2 people worked on my hair and they did a good job retwisting my dreadlocs despite that they took way way too long.
The result was good though; That's why i am giving them 2 stars.
However be warned, you should go there knowing this:
They didn't shampoo my hair while it was and is part of the service i booked (but they still charged me for a full service and more money for extras).
They were really really really slow (i was so tired, my back was hurting), chatting sometimes and not working on my hair for a few minutes, but then they blamed it on me, the client, and charged me for them taking too long to do my hair, while at every other professional hair saloon i've been to (like at Jae Undreas'), it would have only taken them at most an hour or so or less, and at half the cost i paid that day.
And despite my willingness to pay whatever they charged me, next time i texted them to try to book another appointment, they told me they were booked for the whole month, that they will let me know if there is cancelation. They were not booked up, and obviously they never let me know either way.
Later, i went on their website, saw an opening for an appointment, booked it, and they just canceled it on me without notice a few days before the said appointment.
They didn't care if it is inconvenient to me or not, they are not honest and have a very bad customer service.
This is very unfortunate as this would have been a great Hair Saloon spot.
Despite the bad customer service and getting overcharged, i still had told a couple of my friends about the spot as they really do a good job on hair, as long you lay out the pricing talk before hand.
But with this dishonesty that i just experienced, i can't tell anyone i care about to go there anymore.

This is really sad, Roxane. The fact that you are still denying the facts, it's unbelievable.
You and I DO KNOW that this is true.
YOU DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE TO TESTIFY THE OPPOSITE, THAT'S JUST A LIE, because ONLY you and your other colleague (who does not work with you anymore, as you said by the way) were there;
And if you are really an honest person, you would acknowledge what i said BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH instead of being in denial and trying to twist the facts.
As for a loctician, i already have one, that's where i've always gone, and as i told you, they do my hair in less than an hour and do a great job. ALSO, THEY WOULD NEVER CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT LIKE YOU DID.
I tried your shop cuz i wanted to have a loctician close to where i live.
