The driver was very friendly and efficient. My only qualm would be the pickup time was 1445 and the driver was not present until 1520 however I will not deduct because there were free snacks and waters on board. The driver did inform of the delay as well, otherwise perfect sailing.

Using Relaxsan was a great experience for getting from San Diego to LA. Easy and on time pick up. Comfortable ride in a very new, clean shuttle with charger, snacks, and plenty of room. Great business!

The experience was flawless. Driver, I believe his name was Ivan, was professional and engaging. The Mercedes minivan was spacious and very clean. Every passenger got a bottle of water, pretzels and cookies. The ride was comfortable and felt very safe. I will definitely use them again.

Shuttle bus arrived on time 5:45am and Harold?, the driver, was polite and informative. Also, arrived to the airport earlier than expected. Would use this service again as it was convenient to get to LAX from SD. Definitely worth the value.

No more driving to my family's house in East LA for an equally long ride with them to LAX. Ride was comfy and efficient- Isaac was a great driver and has effective communication skills. You have a customer for life!

I took this shuttle from San Diego to LAX because I had to go to a convention in LA for one day and didn’t want to drive myself. The experience was great, the drivers were professional, welcoming and made sure everyone was comfortable and had a relaxing drive. The drivers both ways drove in responsible manner. The pick up directions were clear. What was very convenient was that they sent me a text message to remind me of the departure, and when I texted back asking at which terminal the pickup was, they responded right away. Altogether, next time if I have to go to LA for a day, or for travel, I will absolutely take this shuttle service again.
