1. MISINFORMATION
The front-end software for membership sign-up lacks transparency. While the platform allows users to register for a membership over the weekend, access to the facility is unavailable until full staffing resumes on Monday. This critical detail is not clearly communicated during the sign-up process. Upon realizing this limitation, I decided not to proceed and requested a cancellation. On Monday, I was directed to the fine print in the terms and conditions, with no consideration given to my situation. Although no harm was done, the company retained payment for a membership I could not use immediately. A more customer-centric approach would have been to honor my request for cancellation. Instead, this comes across as a profit-driven practice, likely influenced by a sales team under pressure to meet monthly KPIs.

2. BRIBERY & FALSE PROMISES
Regus appears to employ questionable practices to manage negative feedback. As evidenced by their email (screenshot attached), they offered to refund and cancel my membership in exchange for taking down a critical review. After agreeing to their terms, I received only a partial refund—covering 3 of the 5 payment transactions. Following this, communication ceased entirely despite two follow-up emails. This lack of response highlights an unprofessional and dismissive attitude toward clients.

Clean and modern meeting rooms suitable for any business meetings. There are a lot of rooms with different sizes and layouts. Good and stable wifi connection. Air conditioning, TV, whiteboard, and all other office required thins in place in every room. There is a printer available on the floor. Reception is very kind, they are doing very good introduction and ready to help with almost any question. Very good location. It’s a city center and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. All these makes this place a great option for business meetings and not only.

Exceptionally friendly and totally reliable professional staffers who will handle your office rental and communication/mailing needs. Quite simply-they make you feel at home, Centrally located, with great dining spots (for lunch and dinner), and coffee shops nearby. Eat, drink, be merry and meet clients and associates within steps of your Riga office.

An excellent coworking! Love the atmosphere - quiet and focused, really helpful if you want to get things done. Personally grateful for Ieva, Community Associate, she makes sure that everyone is having their absolute best time here.

The coworking has all of the important amenities, you can book it in advance, has free fast WiFi, a coffee/tea zone, fridge to keep some lunch in, nice spacious rooms.

Overall, 5 start, recommend to come work here!

Ladrones! Eso es lo que sois. Te roban tu dinero por prestarte un servicio de oficinas caro y malo. Las recepcionistas se dedican a difamar a los clientes que no son de su agrado. No recomendable. Estuve allí 4 meses, así que sé muy bien de lo que hablo.

Quick and efficient serviss, best coffee service, really welcoming reception. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for day offices, long stay offices, co-working spaces and memberships.
Location is on spot as it's next to restourants, coffee shops, old Riga, public transport.
