A couple of week ago I was desperately looking for a freezer truck due to our walk-in freezer being down. My items began to slightly thaw and I was in a panic. I had already call 10 company that either didn’t pick up or couldn’t deliver the truck the same day. I was so fortunate to have found Refrigerated and Freezer Rental Vans. I called and the service representative Syed was professional and responsive. He had the truck in our building with in 2 hours of me calling. He saved our food!! Completely recommend for hospital food service. Vans are clean and well kept.

I had an old 30 year old walk-in freezer unit that needed to be replaced. Saturday morning I was told the technicians would be replacing my unit on Tuesday and it could take 8-12 hours. They referred me to a dry ice company that would keep our ICE CREAM frozen. I knew better than to go that route.

So I scrambled online searching for a better option. I found a few companies you could rent freezer trucks. I tired the popular companies first but with no answer or they were closed on the weekends. I almost gave up. Until I found Refrigerated and Freezer Rental Vans. I saw pictures, read reviews and thought I’d give them a try.

When I called to my surprise someone answered and his name is Sayed. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was able to text me a couple options with pictures of inside and outside of the vans, along with prices/deposit and address. It was within my budget and Sayed was very accommodating with the time frame I needed.

The location is a small lot with a gate entry. Sayed greeted me and was very thorough on how to start the freezer with the engine or plug-in. The technicians ran into a problem installing the new unit and weren’t done until Thursday night. Sayed was very understanding of my situation and allowed to extend my rental for 3 days. The freezer van worked like a champ! I parked the van in front of my business and plugged it into the outlet. The side sliding reach in door was very convenient. A lot of room inside and I was even able to load a 90 piece ice cream order. I’m 6ft and was able to stand inside to easily access the things I needed. I will definitely be using RRV in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a walkin freezer failure at our bakery and Refrigerated and Freezer Rental Vans came to the rescue. The owner answered our call right away, addressed all of our questions and concerns and really went above and beyond to make the process easy. The 1st van wasnt the right one for us so the owner drove out another and helped us move product.

My organization used refrigerator van rentals on a weekly basis for about 2 years. Syed is upfront, professional, and reliable.
