My experience with these guys happened a few years ago, and while I was reading the paper today I looked on their Facebook page and saw that reviews were removed. My first appointment I waited for about an hour before I saw anyone. It took over a month to see a psychiatrist because my appointment given to me was written down wrong so I missed it. 2 weeks later I had gone in to finally see the psychiatrist and waited for 2 hours after I had been checked in. The medication given to me made me act very weird so it was hard for me to speak about anything, which they had known from the first appointment. About 15 minutes to 5 I left (my appointmentbeing at 3 or 330), and had given up on seeing anyone. I tried again and finally got to see Dr. Timmy, in which she gave me refills and said she could only continue my medication if I saw a therapist there. Like as if, right? Luckily for me I was able to go to my regular doctor through consolidated. I went to rcs twice to get my records transferred to my regular doctor and I dont believe they ever even transferred them, even after multiple calls and me going in twice in person. Roughly a year ago I had been hospitalized again (last time for me! Hopefully anyways) the hospital wanted to send me back to them. I said, "hell no, call my primary doctor ", they did and I've since gone back there. A few monthes after that RCS actually had the audacity to send me a letter saying, and I roughly quote, "after trying multiple tries to reach you, we can no longer treat you, blah blah blah" one more slap in the face since I had not heard from them in years by that point. I sort of laughed it off at the time and threw the letter away but the reality is that it's very disheartening and sick. I'm assuming that the hospital I was sent to transferred my records to there before they spoke to me. So that's my experience and dont try to complain about them through their website either, because unless they've done some serious modifications to the site (and business) it's just to hard and draining to even bother with them. I always think about my experience when I read about the state of mental health issues here in ukiah and mendocino county and while its technically no ones fault, rcs could do much better. Thanks for reading and I encourage others to speak out as well. It was hard for me to at the time because I was so ashamed of myself and I felt like I didn't deserve any better, although I knew what had happened to me there was unprofessional and wrong and many more people could have been going through the exact same thing. I wish I had written this review sooner. Take care, everyone.

I had an appointment scheduled for November 26th which was canceled and rescheduled for December 4th. I took time off of work and went there to fill out the paperwork, after doing that and sitting for 20 mins I was told someone forgot to schedule my appt and the therapist was gone to another appointment and asked if I could come back the next day. I was not able because I have a job and have to find coverage. So going back on Monday, hopefully the gentleman who keeps rescheduling my appt will actually schedule it this time. I do know his name but will not call him out on this message, but if someone from your company wants to call I will be happy to tell you who it is and how frustrated I am. I would give no stars but it makes me give at least one
