⚠️ To other Indigenous community members, please be aware that this is not a safe store.

Terrible service incident today on Christmas Eve. My Mother-in-law popped in today on her way to pick us up from Calgary airport. She stood by the till with a whole cart of items for 10 minutes while she politely waited for the Scrooge Manager to finish telling an old male customer a story.

I can’t believe it, but another lady came up to be served and the Scrooge Manager said she would take her down to be served at the till.
The customer pointed to my Mother-in-Law and said “but she is ahead of me” but the Manager replied and said “no, I will serve you first”.

My Mother-in-Law left her full cart of items and we will not be returning.

Great little store that has everything you would see in a full on department store. Better selection than Dollarama, and cheaper prices too

The shop is nicely laid out and staff is generally very helpful. I only give it one star because of the Manager. She needs to go back for training. I overheard her telling one of her staff about restocking empty spots on the shelves. When she had finished she asked the staff member if she understood. When the staff member said she did the manager replied, "Good, I'm finally getting through that small head of yours!" I couldn't believe it! That was so demeaning and rude! I was going to confront her right there but was pressed for time. That said, I had to post this quickly before I get on with my hectic day. I will go back later and definitely confront her on her Very Rude behavior!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A decent variety of prducts in stock. A quick go to place in town. Prices are a bit more than the big cities but it saves a drive to the city I guess.

Good store with great variety, lots of items you won't find elsewhere. Nicely laid out, pretty good prices and great Sales! Staff are tops!
