This is a great property. Great service right from the welcoming of guests to room service and the breakfast buffet. Kids were kept busy with activities like a mixology session, karaoke and a mashaal ceremony. The highlight of my stay was the morning trek. It was an unexpected refreshing experience through some bushes, fauna uphill and downhill. The guide ensure that all walked together and were safe during the 1hr walk.

Excellent resort with Maratha cultural displays and feel. Very beautifully done up. Exceptionally tasty food. Staff is very helpful and good. Best part is the kids play area and the attendant Mahesh who keeps kids always entertained. Suleman at front office is a great host.

Went here for marriage. I stayed in a villa which was very well maintained with all amenities. Large sitout deck on terrace with swing.

Most important I would like to mention is the food which was delicious and with a huge spread and varieties. Each and every dish was well prepared and served with love and smile.
Service was also excellent.
Good work team keep it up.

The overall experience was good. Just a feedback on the dinner timings..it's from 7 to 10.30pm which is very limited...so if we want to enjoy other activities going on in parallel and have drinks while enjoying the DJ...it should atleast be extended a bit more....we did get all that was on offer for dinner but few items were almost over...

Our stay was excellent and the property is beyond compare. Staff is very welcoming we were given we good service by everyone from reception to restaurant. We had a blast at the New Year’s Eve and the programme was well managed without any issues or problems. While so many people had a great time we were left with awe how much efforts the staff had put in. Our only concern was that staff at the restaurant were super active. Before we could even finish the food on our plates the staff would run away with the plates. I understand they ah e been instructed to maintain and clean the property also make it look spick and span but we would appreciate if we are allowed to eat what’s in our plate rather wasting plates all the time. This contributes to wastage of water too.

This place is magnificent... even though I have come here just to stay for 1 night, I have to say that Raddison Lonavala is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Firstly, the location is outstanding. It's the perfect place for a getaway, with the beautiful mountain views and waterfalls ✨️ The service was outstanding. So much care is given that you have a memorable stay. The way that this place as been designed is so innovative and beautiful, it literally makes you feel that you are on a private retreat. I have no words to say for the rooms, as it's tranquility cannot be described.

We came to celebrate our anniversary with our kids and we had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed the food. The service exceeded our expectations and staff was very cooperative. Gaurvee took great care of us. We truly enjoyed our time here.
