Great service and friendly staff, I had to go in and pick-up a vehicle while my car was in the Collision shop. They made things easy, answered my questions, registration was quick and then I was able to use a car for a week. Drop-off was simple and Raj promptly drove me back to the shop after my car was finished. Would definitely recommend.

Picked us up when a car from a major rental car agency broke down in the middle of nowhere - major props. It allowed us to get home.

We rented a car from prime and it was basic, but ran well, didn’t burn much gas and everything was ok with it. Staff easy to work with and chill, no complaints. Can recommend.

After arriving at the pickup location, we went through the paperwork process, went outside to do the walk through and I began videoing the exterior of the car to document the condition it was in with the agent. He assured us we didn’t need to do that. After the full walk through was finished we loaded our suitcases into the trunk and were getting ready to leave. The agent came up to us and told us we’d need to remove our belongings as they had given us the incorrect vehicle.

So we loaded everything into the next vehicle they got ready for us and repeated the process again. We left and were finally able to start our trip.

After our trip was coming to a close, we went to start the vehicle and the key wouldn’t move in the ignition. We couldn’t start the vehicle. At no point during the initial walk through was there any mention of an emergency contact number, just the main number. We called the main number several times only to be left with a voicemail option. Our departure time was drawing closer and we had a dead vehicle to return. We left several voicemails with staff saying that we were stranded with a dead vehicle. They were closed at noon and there was no one to help.

After managing to override the shifter, get the vehicle into neutral, and push it to a flatter spot on the road, we were finally able to get it started. We returned the vehicle on time with no help from anyone at their office.

After reconnecting after our trip, Raj from the rental office informed us over voicemail that they would be crediting us one day on our rental. However the amount that was billed was for the full three days. I called and spoke with him and he was rude, curt, and refused to take any responsibility for the rental breaking down and leaving us stranded. He also suggested that it was completely our fault for parking on a hill.

This is not acceptable behaviour in a customer facing business. We were very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this “business”. We will be renting elsewhere next time and recommending to others that we know to rent elsewhere.

Amazing rental car shop it is. We can rent a car very smooth and the car was good to went around the coast for our day trip. After all, we were almost late to catch bus to ferry terminal when we returned the car. But the staff is so kind and took us to the bus stop by his car and then we could be on time. We really appreciate with his service!
