I have been with this company since 2019, but let me explain. I started with them to take care of my mother , that has Dimentia. When covid started we had to stop services and started again in 9/23. Since then the company has changed foe the worst. They don't listen to my request, they send who eve is on the list to send. We had a permanent aid, she told me; she was going in vacation for 2 wks( that was on a wed). I called the agency, to get ready for the replacement. The coordinator, Vanessa had no idea about that and was going to look into it. I received a call on Friday, telling me...I will send an aid for Monday only and the rest of the time another will go. Once again I explained, do not send different aid different days. I even escalated the issue with supervisor and was told, 1 aid will go for remaining time. We'll, 3 aid were sent, this past Monday a male was sent. I asked him, what did the agency tell you, he said. I was assigned to this case on Friday, I have been trying to reach the agengy and no responce. I spoke to a supervisor about this and she told me, the fault was on the app and the aid, that he should have not accepted the case. Here we are on friday amd this week, has been 3 aids again. I am changing agency, dont want to deal with them any more!!!!!!

The WORST place to have your loved ones cared for. EVERYONE should be fired. Home attendants that use your loved ones apartments as hangout spots, we found out it was happening to us. Her name is Esperansa, she's dominican and will lie to you straight to your face. She used us all. She needs to be fired! Coordinator & Supervisor no help & show thay they don't care about the well being of your sick family member. They cover for eachother it seems because not even the Director knows whats going on. The woman sent to our loved ones homes are elderly and definitely not equipped to take care of patients let alone sick ones.. have no knowledge in hoya lifts, changing beds or patients and these facilities doncheck up on their cases nor do they inform the attendants or even ask if they can handle cases they're being assigned to. I've called a lawyer and will call the media to have this place checked and interviewed from top to bottom! Absolutely disgusted with this situation and these individuals. Shame on you all!
