Fantastic service.

Really efficient booking process both on line and in person. In Durham John Bell was very helpful and ensured all questions were answered about the vehicle. He was also very reassuring. Unfortunately had a puncture however the support provided was excellent both on the phone and from the technician. Good value for a one day hire.

Thank you John for being so helpful, absolutely great customer service, I accidentally locked the keys in the boot, phoned him and he had someone bring the spare keys and rescue me, helped me out more than he could know this week ? no fuss, just great friendly professional service, highly recommended
