Ok, so we drive 3 hours in our 26,000 lb class A motorhome from south jersey to the Poconos for probably our last trip of the season before winterizing the big girl. 15 minutes away from otter lake campground the check engine lite comes on, then turns red and states "shut down engine" on the screen. Serpentine belt was shredded due to ac compressor pulley freezing up. So we were most definitely stranded on the shoulder of rte 209 a couple of minutes out of east stroudsburg. I called about 20 companies from the side of the road. Pocono ATR was the only company that sounded like they know what the problem was and would do their best to help us as we were definitely "SOL". Dustin stayed in regular contact with me as he scrambled to get everything needed to get this 40 foot motorhome up and running. This is a Cummins deisel rig and tight working quarters. Especially "on the shoulder" of a busy highway. They got it done between when I reached out on Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm upon breakdown and I met up with Dustin last night on Friday at just before 8 pm. Dustin recommended not only changing out the ac compressor but said we should change out the tensioner as well. Because, we could have a repeat scenario if we did not do both. So I said go for it. So it's "really simple".... use this company, go with whatever they recommend, pay them their fees, and tip them at the end for excellent service. You will also see the American flag on the back of their vehicle and the back of their business cards. Not trying to be "politically incorrect", but some of the companies I called initially, I couldn't understand the person answering the phone due to heavy accents. So use a "Real American" company, with hard working "Real Americans" hands on the tools.

Prompt service and very professional! I had an issue when applying brakes on my motorhome. Called Pocono ATR. Dustin came to my home, diagnosed the problem, replaced the brake shoes and all is back to normal. Great job. Thank you, Mike G

Found a leaky left drive axle on my RV Spartan K3 chassis when we arrived at our campsite in Strousburg, I tried to contact multiple shops between there and Harrisburg but they where all booked until November. Someone recommended my to Pocono ATR, Dustin came in the very next morning to my location and fixed both axles in no time. Very nice and professional. Thank you Dustin!

Getting ready for the first trip of the season and found that the left rear tag axle oil was very low and was leaking out the rear seal. Called the heavy truck Peterbuilt dealer and they wouldn’t work on a Prevost and referred me to this company. I called at 8 am and left a message and within 30’minutes I received a return phone call that the schedule was full but would swing by in about 2 hours. They showed up and checked things out and made several calls to locate the seal. Prevost Parts didn’t have one in stock in NJ or TN and would have to order it. They were able to get the cross-reference part and his partner showed up a couple hours later and had the seal. They were very careful and neat taking things apart, cleaning and inspecting spindle and seal, took the time to scrape and clean the spindle backing plate of the accumulated grease and dirt into their catch all pan. With everything cleaned and inspected they replaced the seal, reassembled and even helped to silicone on a coupe of the lug nut caps that held the center cap in place! They left the driveway as clean as it was before they came and no dirty handprints anywheres! Thank you guys for getting to our emergency! It’s great to find someone that will come to you and not overcharge and do a great job! A+ work.

My Class C RV full wall slide would not move. I called Pocono ATR and told him my problem, he couldn't make it for 2 days. He did send me a photo of what he thought the issue could be. The controller for the slide was where he told me it was, and 2 wires came loose. I reconnected the wires, and everything works fine. Thanks you, Pocono ATR for all your help. Great job over the phone.

I had Pocono ATR come fix my AC in my 5th wheel camper .. friendly guys they knew what they are doing.. must give them a call give them a chance. Very knowledgeable. Fair prices.. I will be calling them again.!!

These are the best RV Technicians we have ever met! Tom and Dustin are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and great guys! Our RV refrigerator stopped working on the morning of our trip. We called them immediately and they fit us in the same day. Dustin and Tom figured out where the electrical current stopped flowing and were able to fix it. So if you want to hire the best RV technicians, give them a call! They even wear uniforms!

I own a tree service Tom and Dustin are my go to to have them work on my truck or my chipper they have done lots of work for me. I’ve never been disappointed. I wouldn’t use anybody else. They are the best, and they have always done me right!
