Worse experience ever, do not rent from here!

Had a family trip to Orlando, we were able to bring the van back from Orlando after having to request roadside assistance to be able to turn it on (battery was dead), The hotel attempted to assist us at first with their portable battery but it wasn't enough. The battery issue prevented us from numerous planned activities for the weekend and caused major changes in our itinerary.

The sulfur smell persisted, especially when driving under 40 miles per hour. The smell of rotten eggs was impregnated in all of our clothing, blankets and pillows.

we were attempting to turn the van back on to deliver it at our aforementioned meeting spot, but The van refuses to turn on.

DO NOT rent from them. We picked up a van last Saturday from the Miami airport and we’re staying in Marathon. Before we arrived at our destination the transmission starting acting up and finally we lost reverse. We did finally arrived. We called them Sunday morning and they said they would call us Monday and swap out the van. They finally arrived Monday evening. The van worked fine for the short stints into town. On our way back to the Miami airport the van died in Key Largo. We called them and they said they were coming, but due to our experience with the 1st van and being without transportation for 2 days, we made the decision to rent 2 vehicles to get us back to the airport in time for our flight.

They will NOT refund my money. We spent money on grocery and adult beverage deliveries since we had no vehicle, couldn’t go anywhere for 2+ days, and had to rent vehicles to get to the airport. This doesn’t even take into consideration the stressed they caused us on our vacation.

Had anyone had success with filing a complaint to the BBB or Better Business Bureau? I would like any advice to ensure my money is refunded.

Extremely upset due to the AC dying in the middle of our trip. Under the seats of the passenger sides got extremely hot (like being outside in 100° F weather). The cleanliness of the vehicle is horrible and the panels for the AC were mostly broken. I had to sit in a hot car for more than 5 hours to get to my destination. This completely ruined my first trip outside of Florida. Do not rent a vehicle here unless you want to get a heatstroke and probably break down at some point of your trip.
