It was an absolute blessing crossing paths with Rusty while seeking assistance with our new Toyota Camry. Rusty is honest, professional, and very efficient at his job. Looking for a new car ? Look no further. Pickering Toyota is the place to go. From my first initial correspondence with them (specifically with Andrew and Angelo) , to me picking up my car, I had a very positive and a very stress free experience. Andrew was very efficient in answering all of my questions in a kind , courteous and timely manner . He and Angelo made sure I had all of the correct information that was required to help make my decision on what to buy. We received our vehicle from Pickering. Idris was our salesperson and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The purchase and signing of the paperwork went without any problems. On his day off he was able to arrange for the dealership to obtain the new plates after i insured the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle he helped us with setting up our phones with the car. Thank you Idris for everything.
P.s. he was able to secure our car a month earlier then anticipated.

This is my review for Pickering Toyota and for Service Advisor, Krishen Persaud. First, we always service our Toyota in this dealership and are always happy with their service. Second, today my wife damaged the side mirror, when she was parking it in our garage. I took the car to Pickering Toyota and was impressed with Krishen, who was able to fix the mirror literally in two minutes without any charge. Thank you SO very much!!! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend Pickering Toyota and Krishen in particular.

I never had such a good experience, yes ever, with a car sales person as I just had! Alan, who is the Senior Product Advisor, took his time in explaining everything about the car I was interested in. He was not pushy at all. When I picked up my Toyota, he explained everything, really took his time. He should be a teacher !
I’m totally impressed by such amazing service ! By the way, I LOVE this car ! Thank you sooooo much Pickering Toyota !!!!
