ALMOST got an abortion here. I was immediately greeted by protesters literally right outside the building entrance. Wasn't allowed to have my partner with me, the building was freezing and I overhead the doctor had apparently cut a patient by accident, (probably bc the doctor was rushing).

I told them I changed my mind and went to get it done at Allentown Women's Center. Best decision I ever made. They gave me MUCH better care, had a better doctor and they let me have my partner with me in the waiting room.

Don't go here. There's better, SAFER places to go than here.

Entire staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Doctor was wonderful. Only problem is the wait is kind of long (you'll sometimes be waiting up to even 3 hrs) but other than that everything was great.
I recommend to anyone esepcially for educational purposes. They are very helpful in informing about different options and the facts.

I was really nervous to go in for my procedure but was so relieved with the way everything went. Every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming and made the process as comfortable and reassuring as possible. However I’d like to give a special thanks to Renee who completely put my mind at ease both days, was very thorough in explaining how everything would go and honestly answering all questions, triple checked to make sure I was in good shape before I left, and overall made it an extremely positive experience. Very thankful for her help!

The service was excellent. The staff was so nice, and it made you feel safe and comfortable. I had a big fibroid, and that's why I made my decision to terminate, and I was so sick. They put me to sleep, and I felt nothing and everything went well. I was told that due to my fibroid , they might can't do my surgery, but the doctor tried her best and got the pregnancy out. I got there at 7:20 am. and was out at 11 am. Make sure to have somebody bring you and pick you back up. The price wasn't bad.

The receptionists were rude and unprofessional. My insurance is from Tx, so it’s a pain. I don’t think that makes me deserving of being made fun of or made to feel uncomfortable. The receptionists attitude is terrible as well. There should be compassionate people being the first people to greet us. Makes me really miss the lovely ladies at my obgyn clinic in TX. Women should feel safe and comfortable at a clinic- I feel so uncomfortable and will not be coming back.

I had a horrible experience today. My appointment was at 7:20 a.m. and I didn’t get to even start my paperwork until 12 and get my wrist band to be put in the system to be checked in so the doctors in the back would know I was waiting to be seen, and the only reason why the receptionist put me in because I kept complaining and went to her desk 5 times. I sat there and watched 15 people go ahead of me that came in after me. Eventually I found out that the women that wasn’t receiving any anesthesia were going first. So instead of scheduling your procedure accordingly they have you sitting around waiting for hours for nothing! I was so uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area, my back was killing me, starving, and it was so many women we weren’t able to be 6ft apart. One of the staff members came up to me and said were going to have to reschedule you because they already had to many people and I lm in my second trimester so I would have to dilate and that takes 3 hours, and then I would still have to get the procedure done. I almost flipped out! I was at my appointment on time, only one other person was there when I got there, they already knew everything I had to get done from the previous appointment I had with them, 15 people went ahead of me and now your saying you can’t get me done today?! I was like hell No I’m getting this done! When I finally got to the back all of the staff were very friendly, and they kept cleaning the bathroom after each person, and the chairs after each person. The staff in the back really did a great job keeping everything sanitized, well it was one lady that kept everything sanitary she was a black woman she was the oldest woman of all the black women, and when she put my IV in it didn’t hurt at all she did it quick and I didn’t feel it at all! That was awesome to me because a lot of people can’t do that. When my procedure was done they were very attentive and made sure I was okay. I was the last patient in the building even though I was the second to arrive. I couldn’t believe it! I’m in pain right now and they didn’t send my prescription over to my pharmacy. When I called to let them know the women who answered the phone said the office was closed and when she looked up my name in the system it only had my name and check in time which wasn’t even the right time and it didn’t say I had anything done just my ultrasound so I have to be in pain all night and call back tomorrow so they can update the system saying I got my procedure done and get my medicine sent over to my pharmacy. Just horrible!!

I really do love this place. I’ve unfortunately had to return more than once but I never ever felt judged for that. The staff is friendly, supportive, & so so helpful. Yes, there’s a chance you might be there for several hours but they’re accommodating during that time. They’re definitely doing their absolute best and considering the current fight around us to stop allowing Women to have a choice, even when they’re life-threatening to us, we just need to be grateful an incredible organization like the Women’s Center remains. Thank you all for your continued love and support!

Everyone was really nice up until I had my procedure, they rush you out the building. After my procedure I called a few times and left voicemails that were not answered. When I finally spoke to someone about my concerns she kept cutting me off and wasn’t even listening to what I was saying. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get help. Don’t recommend.
