The security guards were very enthusiastic, but the service attitude of the window staff was very poor. I don't speak English well, so I wanted to find a translator. The sign said that they could provide a translator, but they don't want to help me find one.

Stop in to pick up a business license. I made an appointment online to complete my application. You're required to arrive not more than 15 minutes before your appointment time. On the day of your appointment you'll receive text notifications regarding your appointment with the final notification informing you that you have reached the front of the line and directs to the Station where a rep is ready to assist you. My rep was Jordan, very, very helpful. Thanks Jordan.

YOUR EMPLOYEES HERE ARE VERY IGNORANT AND NEGLIGENT. I HAD MY TAX PREPARER SEND THE INFO NEEDED AFTER A NOV. 2023 VISIT. I INFORMED HIM OF A LETTER I RECEIVED AND HE GOT RIGHT ON IT. I WAS GIVEN A COPY OF WHAT WAS SENT. TO RECEIVE THE SAME LETTER AGAIN. THEN I MAILED THAT SAME INFO AGAIN. IT MAKES NO SENSE I GOT THE SAME LETTER AGIN RECENTLY SO I WENT IN PERSON AFTER I SENT THE SAME LETTER AGAIN. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED WHEN I WENT DOWN THERE IN NOV. 2023.I WAS ASSURED IT WAS CLOSED. 9/15/24 I WENT DOWN THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY DOING THIS . I NEED TO GET A NUMBER FOR A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER.

YOU CAN PULL UP MY LAST VISIT AND WHAT I PAID BUT YOU DEFLECT CAUSE THE MISTAKE YOU MADE IS VISIBLE SO YOU COVER FOR YOUR COWORKER. THIS NOT RIGHT. LOUD DOESNT MAKE YOU CORRECT ! Very poor service, undisciplined people working with no skills. Very nasty ladies can be heard yelling in the building along with complaing about doing there job. Hire better friendlier people and a dress code be more professional.

There is literally a large homeless encampment outside the city's front door and they refuse to do anything about it. Instead they just put a bunch of Christmas market stalls over the top of them It's like they're waging a war on their own residents.

I got a lot of evil coming to me for helping frame an innocent kid. My mother died this year & they almost started the foreclosure process 2 weeks ago. A person full of grace helped me today with a Water bill & I praise God that I put my faith in Him. He then blessed me with this person of grace. Thank you so much.
