I am disgusted at the phone operators miss Dupre ! After not respecting my pronouns and hanging up on me . I called the lady out for being rude and she was arguing with me I am trying to get my medical insurance back after they cut it for no reason as I fall under the poverty line . I was hung up on 3 times

DHS is a joke! The workers they hire are miserable, narcissist and trained in gaslighting; the service they provide is lackluster. They will lie and twist your words to make it seem like you are unfit. They make promises to help and provide services; but when you provide a kinship residence for your child they no longer wanna help... even though that was a part of the stipulation of the kinship. The DHS "manager" Daniel M. speaks to people in a condescending, borderline threatening tone. Which may intimidate some people to be afraid of the system. (NOT ME)... The mediocre investigator Ms. S. Burke has a way of retelling the story to fit the negative narrative for the best benefit of DHS. She's a liar and a manipulator and will try to play in people face... She needs to be reevaluated and retrained. Also, she should take a class on sensitivity, compassion, and (honest) story telling.

Someone that I love was arrested. A few things were done wrong. He was wrongfully accused of a crime and was arrested and kept overnight. No one contacted anyone he loves and he has a big family who loves him. We were scared something had happened to him and we had to hear it from a friend who was there. He has to go to court over that arrest and I am scared. He does not have a record. He has never done anything wrong in his life. He is a father, a son, a significant other, a brother, a friend. This made me so upset but the most I could do was pray for him, make phone calls to find him, and pray for everyone involved because I heard they may have been new cops or at least a new one was there who made the arrest and said they made the handcuffs too tight. He told them they got it completely wrong and they ignored him and he was being completely honest and cooperative. I'm hurt. He would never hurt a soul. Never never hurt a soul. All this crime going on in philly and they were out there for him? I'm so hurt. And no matter how this went, he is a black man seen at the wrong place and at the wrong time. They said he was doing something that wasn't being done I hope that he is awarded some kind of justice. This shouldn't have happened. I understand but I am in complete shock for how long it went on for.

This agency and the people employed are some of the most atrocious, demonically driven by funding and finances co-conspirators with junky parents in a category development called reunification agents who will become personal dependent aiding drug addicted parents to overcome obstacles personal drug consumption, random urinalysis in which agents inform 24 hours in advanced of a so called random urine drug testing should be administered threw DNA testing not urinalysis being the most convenient testing and the easiest testing to distort by watering down or simple submitting someone else's clean urine, Wouldn't surprise me if agents themselves provide such a urine. All why the well being of children are at severe risk and suffering

They stole my kids from me for as they call abuse while I went to have a baby then broke my whole family up and now I’m homeless and that program does not help they make you do all there programs and within that time they try to close your case and set for who ever has your kids to raise them there all for the money smh broke my kids hearts cause they want there mother ..and my youngest got to go with out his Dad in his life cause they assume he can’t me a man and a father because he has a record smh poor man in jail for nothing.. all he wants to do is raise his son and his step kids. I can’t wait to tell my kids the whole true story when there in my care again!!

DHS and their employees including CUA And THE JUDGES Appointed are part of the biggest child trafficking agency on the planet...! They are biased and very unprofessional as well as UN Reasonable and in UN empathetic...! They do not care to look over the facts nor care to see how well the child actually is with the parents. For a person like myself you want nothing more than to be a father to the son and he in his life the way he should... And to turn around and have the courts distance of father from a loving son...! They turned me into a deadbeat and don't allow the facts to take place in the courtroom. They also care nothing more other than making money off children...! The simplest fact that they postponed every court date because of their ownmployees don't want to show up for work that day. To drag it out and make it even more cost-effectivefo then. With a three month court date. Who's everything I've already said about them to be right...!

Wish I could leave a negative. These people are the reason Philly has so many absent Father’s. They don’t really be helping keep a child safe. All I got was my resources hand out to my child’s abusive father to get me arrested but even when I told Fatima I was beaten she said that’s none of her business. But she had time to listen to his lies and was bias enough to constantly call and help him out. Services like this will continue to make Philly unsafe to raise children and have children with bad situations and at the foster care.

I’m happy I wasn’t on investigation for child abuse it was the opposite party but dealing with Mrs.English was a terrible experience.She was miss informed had the wrong paper work , giving legal advice without a degree,very bias, lazy and overall unprofessional.I’m pretty sure something’s she did handling the case was illegal. Honestly hope she was fired. Not to mention all her personal life was displayed for her clients. I feel bad for the children depending on her, and I couldn’t believe she had children of her own.
