I was on a sled trip from Calabogie to Mattawa and i had problems with my clutch. Stopped at Pete’s. Chad was excellent. Had my sled in and out in an hour. Can’t thank them enough. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Pete’s and I will be back. Thanks again Chad for getting me back on the trail!

This review is a little late coming, but I will never forget the amazing service they provided to me back in May 2024. I was traveling across Ontario and into Quebec backcountry on my new 2024 Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition when I noticed my swingarm bolt was missing! I was essentially STRANDED unless I could find a replacement. The staff at Pete's were AMAZING and did everything they could to get me on my way safely. After looking at options, they decided that taking a bolt off a similar Norden on the showroom floor was the best bet (for me), and then get a replacement from Husqvarna under my warrantee. They fixed me up, and covered everything under my warrantee, and wished me safe travels. You guys are AMAZING. Thank You !!

Sam makes buying parts easy at pete's. I call her specifically, prepay and can count on my parts being correct every time. They come in when promised and are often waiting for me right near the parts desk when i come in for them! Very very happy with the service definitely can count on Sam!

My wife and I needed Skidoo clothing, helmets and accessories so we went to Pete’s today and I can’t say enough about how well we were greeted and how efficiently and smoothly our needs were tended to. We shouldn’t be surprised though. A few years back we purchased a new Seadoo , a satisfying sales experience, and since then, Chad, the Service Manager has been kind, personable, helpful and nothing but outstanding whenever we call upon him to Service our Seadoo. Keep up the good work Chad and thank you!

As for today, we were met by Sales Manager Brad, who welcomed us and confidently took control. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and entertaining, along with a great sense of humour. He listened to our ideas, suggested some of his own and waited patiently while we took as much time as we needed trying on different items to ensure we got exactly what we wanted - and we did indeed. Good job, Brad! Well done!

Also want to acknowledge Parts Manager, Joel, who, like Brad, expressed the same, great qualities and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Was nice meeting and getting to know you, Joel.

Finally, our overall shopping experience was extremely satisfying and the end result was capped off by a very reasonable and fair price. We were very pleased.
