Had a minor issue with my truck rental from Fort Collins, CO. The team at the Odessa location, where I dropped the truck off, was more than willing to hear my story and issue an apology. Thank you, Odessa team, for making my Penske adventure awesome. 10/10, would recommend. Go see the Odessa team for great customer service.

Where did they find this guy Andy Caldera at? Y'all better give him a raise and a seasonal bonus! He is absolutely everything. And let me tell y'all...I dislike most humans on an everyday basis. U-Haul called me the day before my reservation to tell me there were no trucks within a 600 mile radius. So my cousin's husband started calling all over and got in touch with Andy at Penske. Andy had me a truck within 24 hours DURING PEAK MOVING SEASON. On top of that when I called back and said "Hey I need another day with this truck" Andy called the location where I was supposed to drop off which was about 9 hours from him and got them to give me another day and worked out all the details. Customer service is never an easy job and Andy went above and beyond every single day for our family. Words cannot express how thankful I am.
