Was on hold for 2 hours and 40 minutes and had to give up. But of course if you try Parkside, the people that help older adults with nursing home level needs you get an automatic hang up. These are older adults without the support they need in place to navigate to an office safely. Do better.

I don’t understand how these services work Nessa Williams gave my sister very little support while she had children in her custody she dropped them off in September and returned very little phone calls last night I was on the phone with my sister when Nessa came very late after 11pm last night to pick the children up stayed about 15min then said I can’t do the right now I will be back early in the morning and left. This disrupted the entire house whole, Now this morning she call about 11am I’m again listening she tells my sister she can’t come get the kids because she has to work her other job and she can just not work her other job to do this she may sent someone Elat there and if my sister wants she can give her the address and my sister can take the children off. This is the kind of treatment that employees do that makes people loose respect for companies

This place is awful I have never in my life been treated so badly I know there is no rule that says that people have to be nice to you but you should be respectful of other people and clearly these two women that came into my home we're very disrespectful incompetent and they didn't do there job in a professional manner. Then you try to call them to get in contact with them and you can't you have to wait until they call you. It was clear to me from the first time I met with Miss Zania Jones and her supervisor Darshelly Anderson. Now I have never met with these woman before in my life I don't know what they had against me but they did not want to hear anything that I had to say I was immediately cut off when asked what happened. Also they try to get my daughter who is 12 years old to try and say something that's not true and that is wrong. Someone needs to do something about this because I'm going to take it as far as I can go because the way that they went about this is so wrong and should be against the law.

I was on hold 37 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I had to end the call with no assistance. Very sad and poor service!
