This is crazy!! I took their rental from Jeep Brantford as my car was on service and drove for 52 kms as per them. I have the meter screen shot and I only drove the car for approx 40kms. When I picked up the car, Fuel gauge was pointing at full. When I returned it I filled the Gas and Fuel gauge was at full. But they refilled it and charged me again. When I called them they said when you pump up the Gas the pump should automatically stop thats where its full and there Fuel gauge still at full. Are you guys crazy? how would I know when I picked up the vehicle you did the same? and did the top up on Gas? Never gonna rent from this car rental.

Rented a 24 ft box truck twice this year. The people who work there are super friendly and helpfull.
You won't find better rates for truck rental than here.

I rented Toyota Corolla from pencar . I would love to say they were really good . They rent cars at a very affordable price. Not charging blindly . Even the lady on counter was very friendly and she gave me all details properly with transparency of information. Overall my experience was very very good .👍👍🔥

About three weeks after returning my rental car, I was unexpectedly charged $12 for gas. I had rented a vehicle from General Motors, and I made sure to fill up the tank before returning it. I heard nothing over the last three weeks, until now where there was an $12 charge on my Visa.

I contacted the company to inquire about the charge. The representative I spoke with assured me that someone would follow up with me, but I never received a call. The charge remains on my Visa, which reflects poorly on the company's ability to handle disputes effectively.

While $12 is not a significant amount, such interactions indicate that this company lacks the capacity to resolve issues.

I advise anyone renting a car from them to take pictures of the gas before returning to avoid potential similar charges in the future that could be more.

Rented a car through my dealership from this company….. They called me while I was on vacation and harassed me about a $100 charge that was on the vehicle I rented. They threatened to send it to collections even though this was the first time I heard about the charges. The women on the phone I was speaking to was aggressive and did not respect I was on vacation and demanded payment then.

I did not get anything in the mail from them showing I owed anything or proof of the outstanding charges. Very unprofessional business and the way they conduct themselves is poor at best.

I would not recommend them and will be reaching out to my dealership to express how poorly the whole situation was dealt with.
