Peak Family Transport is outstanding. My son who’s on the spectrum rides 5 days a week to his therapies and can’t wait to see his “friends” arrive to pick him up. The staff continues to exceed my expectation's. Connor is amazing and takes care of any last minute changes and always nice to see him. Jaylene is also great! Always so cheerful and my son’s “best friend”. I know my son is taken care of and arrives safe to and from his appointments seeing the smile on his face everyday. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Peak Family Transport for almost a year. I was in need of transportation to my Doctor appointments (almost 10-14 per month) when I was diagnosed with systemic Dermatomyositis and could no longer drive(bummer for me). All I can say is It is far and few in-between to have such a wonderful bunch of people to help me get to where I need to go. I have been transported as early as 6am for surgery. Anyone knows how nervous one can be just for surgery and then having to worry about a ride!!. Connor is,wonderful, courteous, on-time and concerned for your well being as a passenger. The entire crew treats you with the utmost compassion as if you were "family" as in the title!.

They will cancel on you with zero notice.
Had an appointment for Monday at 12:30pm. Scheduled the appointment 48 hours in advance, on Saturday. Got a confirmation Sunday. Then Monday, one hour before my appointment I get a cancellation notice. No reason. Just, "sorry we won't be able to"
I missed a crucial appointment set up by my lawyer for a medical follow-up, and these guys were 100% at fault. Find a more reliable company

Edit- their response to my review is a fabrication and a lie. Not only could they not spell my name correctly (a fact that shows their negligence as my name is included in the review itself), but their claims of reaching out to me are outright false. They claim the weekend is not a business day yet simultaneously say they reached out to me. In order to create a pickup plan you must put in an address, but claim they never received one. They are making excuses now and are trying to save face by outright lying. I would DEFINITELY suggest a different company, as this shows they are not only weeks behind addressing said issue, but lack the maturity and responsibility to own up to their mistakes and simply apologize, but would rather make childish excuses.

WOW just WOW. This is the first time I’ve had to use their service and I was impressed from day 1. All of the drivers that I had were amazing and helped to put my mind at ease. Elijah was great very professional and friendly. Connor picked me up the first time not only was he professional but he was so kind and informative and really put my mind at ease. Jayleen was extremely kind and professional all three of the drivers I had were great and I’ll definitely use again already have next week’s appointments scheduled haha
