I shop here often for chainsaws, trimmers, and gear. And I use their repair shop for my snowblower. Literally everyone I’ve encountered is nice and well trained. They care about getting stuff repaired quickly. The store is clean. Ample parking. Pool toys, hardware etc.

I've had amazing service in the auto parts section. Today I was not impressed. I received a quote the week before for a cc30 riding mower. I entered the store after the long weekend and of course the mower had sold. No big deal I'll see if they can order me a new one. The cashier tells me there will be a 300.00 ordering fee. Tells me whoever gave me the quote should've told me that. It was her who gave me the quote. After her follow staff member leaves she mumbles "I don't remember you ever coming in". Bad customer service all around. Why would anyone pay 300 to order one when the ones they have on site don't have that charge. Customer is always #1. Do not shop in the lawnmower side of this place!

Picked up 2 trailer hubs, bearings and seals on Saturday. As many know, matching trailer parts can be very frustrating and often times require multiple trips to the counter. Customer service was top notch and ALL the parts were correct the first trip. Hats off to PSAP!

If I could give zero stars, I would. A member of my family drove from out of town today to have a specific part repaired; (assumed) manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist my family member (much to chagrin of other staff, who stood by obviously embarrassed). In the words of my family member, this “was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had” (and he’s in a similar business).

My go-to shop for supplies and hydraulics. They always seem very busy but do their best to provide service as efficiently as possible. I really appreciate it, especially during covid. They often seem a bit stressed by the workload but still manage to be friendly ( at least most of the time😀)

So far they have always had what I need in stock, starters to spark plugs, mufflers to batteries. Just a bit more expensive.

First class sales and service, staff are very helpful and add value to the sale. I went in looking for a slow moving vehicle (tractor) relector and how to mount it on the tractor and we looked at a number of options and found just the right reflector. Many thanks.
