Tree cutting services are a good value but just know that you must be flexible with timing or else you will be disappointed. Scheduling is not a strength of theirs. In total, I gave them 18 weeks to finish what they started. I checked in here and there, even offered to pay extra to entice them to finish up the stump grinding quickly. Ultimately, they were 95% done as of last week but time was a factor so I hired another company to finish.

I would have given them 5 stars. Well I give Marc 5 stars. New owner is misleading. Marc quoted me a price on two smaller trees after taking down a monster tree. He did a great job. I am finally getting around to knocking those two down. Gave him a call. New owner I guess, oh well. Told him what was discussed with Marc said yeah that sounds like him. I've worked with him for months before taking over. Took him a month to get out here and look at the trees. Then said he can't do it for anywhere near what Marc quoted. New owners, I get it. But don't go wasting a month with excuses and saying I'll get out there today, I'll get out there today. Never makes it out. Then argues via text and indicates that he never said what was said verbally. No proof, but oh well. I used to give these guys glowing reviews. But new ownership, this has gone downhill. Too bad Marc sold. But, must've been his time to retire.

Mark was quick to get the job done. When he came back and noticed that I needed some help with the large trunk, he came back on his own time and dime to finish it up for me. A genuinely nice person and the price was the lowest out of the 8 other tree services I called for estimates.

Dont use these guys. I wanted to get trees down before snowfall. First call in September he said he would come out and give an estimate. Never came. Called him back said he forgot. Came out, gave me an estimate and cut the trees down last week of September. I paid cash since he wanted it that way (should've got a receipt)for the whole job including stump grinding and he said stumps would be ground in next few days. That was 7 weeks ago. Multiple unanswered phone calls, voicemail full or doesn't return calls. When he does answer he says he forgot again and will get to it right away. Told me last week he would do it that weekend. Never showed up . Again. Dont waste your time with them .

Mike did an AMAZING job removing our stump! We had a MASSIVE stump- Mike removed it, removed chips, filled with dirt and planted grass along with straw. He worked nonstop and did a great job. He left our yard clean and made sure the neighboring areas were clean as well. Highly recommend!

Mike and his crew did a great job on a large maple tree on our property that needed some help! Very friendly staff and very professional. They were a breeze to work with. Highly recommended!

I gave them a 50% deposit, as required, for them to put me on the schedule to remove 7 large trees from my yard. They did not show up for the scheduled start date, and several phone calls to the business have gone unreturned. We drove to the address listed on their Facebook page, and that is NOT where the business is now located. They have basically TAKEN MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. I plan to take legal action if I can not get this resolved very soon.

Mike took a deposit from me with the commitment to confirm the quote via email and put me in their work schedule which was 2 weeks out at that time. That was on August 24th. I have not heard from him since and have tried repeatedly to reach him.
