My trip with Pacific Rental was excellent. The vehicle was in top shape, very reliable and comfortable. There was plenty of leg space and storage, which made the journey even more relaxing. I rented a Mercedes Benz Sprinter for my son’s birthday party and it was a great experience. The pick up place is conveniently located near downtown L.A. The van is definitely brand new, and was very clean. It is easy to drive, and my son and his friends had a fun time riding in it as I drove them to the various venues. The entire pick up and drop off processes were a breeze. I’m a very happy customer. Thank you so much!

Our school trip was all set, but when we got to Enterprise, of course, it didn't work in our favor. Yes, we booked everything. We went to pick it up, and the reservations stated 7 pm. We got there at 6 pm to a closed small store location. We called every place near there, and they were all closed or about to close, but not Pacific Van Rental- they were open until 10 pm.

The vehicle was in top shape, very reliable, and comfortable. The service was also impressive - easy booking, on-time, and friendly staff. I'd highly recommend Pacific Van Rental for a great van rental experience.
