I just want to say the service my loved one received from the staff was exceptional. First of all, I booked at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I was unable to travel in for the hospital visit and it was stressful to not be there. The two attendants were so kind to my loved one. They took good care of her , seeing that she was registered and on time for both procedures and then they got her back safely to her long term care home. She told me how nice they were to her. I cannot thank them enough. You made a stressful day brighter, not only for her but for me also.

I booked a long distance patient transfer for a family member with One Transportation. The move was from Waterloo to Ottawa for an elder family member. I knew nothing about this kind of business, so called or emailed almost every company. The variety of responses was stunning. Most did not bother to reply, some emailed quotes with so many terms, conditions and potential extra charges I had no idea what the final cost would be. I liked the phone call , professionalism and follow up I got from Karen at One Transportation, but I was not spending my money and had to finish getting prices.
In the end, I had three quotes I could understand. One Transportation was less than half of quote 2 and 30%less than quote 3. All offered the same level of stretcher service, training and two people in the vehicle, one driving, one attending to my family member.

Guess which one I chose? Yep, One Transportation for great employees, professional communication AND price.

Had these folks pick up my mother at Grand River Hospital and they were wonderful and she was delivered home in a timely manner. She praise the two young men that delivered her. They were very sweet and kind to her. So a very happy customer and will definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

I recently had to use ONE transport services for a medical appointment at a hospital in Toronto which is frequent and ongoing, I suffer from multiple health issues including a spinal disorder, leg weakness, neck issues and severe headaches which prohibits me from driving myself. Even though I no longer use the stretcher services, we made the switch to a fleet car easily and I can use a wheelchair van if necessary on my bad days. My health is unpredictable and I can feel unwell quickly, so I always need to be with a medical escort to my hospital appointments so I can feel safe and they can help me if I get worse or need medical assistance right away. I trust the staff to make sure I have transportation available when I need it and they are great drivers! They are trained to monitor your health and will provide assistance when needed. I recently went to Toronto in the fleet car and felt completely at ease, I was provided with a wheelchair and an escort, which was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this team and transport service!

I had just had a major surgery at Sunny Brook in Toronto and I couldn’t sit, but needed to get home. The One Transportstion team came right to my room, helped my family carry down all my bags and made me feel safe and comfortable on the drive home. When ur so vulnerable being with people that make u feel safe is very important. We had to wait in the transportation vehicle for 15mins outside my house while my family caught up and unlocked the door. Kept me company and had a few laughs. I would highly recommend these guys…they were terrific!

I have had my husband transferred with this company a few times. Each time staff has been courteous very helpful getting my husband in his bed and comfortable. My husband has dementia and they listen to him and humor him. I pay cash and never have had a problem. I strongly recommend this company.
