Bought an outboard motor from the company. Gave me the old time type of service. The sales person Matt was awesome, the owner of the company thanked me for my purchase and gave me his card to call him anytime. I went to all the boat motor dealers in the area. This was the company that made me feel glad when I went through the doors. Well done ON sports.

I have been getting boats maintained, serviced, and stored at ON Sports for 4-5 years now. I always get outstanding service. They do exactly what they say they are going to do for the exact price quoted. Everyone is friendly and I am happy every time. What more could you ask for! Thanks for the great service!

Took my boat in to this dealer as it would not run. I got a call with in a week saying it needed an injector. After a month and a half I get a call saying they are giving up on it and then charged $983 for it and it is still not running. I would not recommend taking your basic lawn mover here for . As a master mechanic from Ontario I will say that they have no pride in their work.

I bought a used boat, motor, and trailer from here, and was happy with them. I ended up having my motor go into the water while running, and they were quick to repair it despite being extremely busy is July. It was $1000, but that's life.
The service counter said to use the motor a few times as soon as possible to get out any remaining moisture, which I did. The motor was stalling constantly, and ran like trash. I did use it several times, but an unreliable outboard motor at sea is a bad idea.
I brought the motor back to them a few weeks ago for what I assumed would be a simple carb adjust, but it turned out the carb was leaking and needed a rebuild kit.
I have no issue with replacing parts on a motor, but the carb was leaking from when they took it apart back when I have them $1000, and they went ahead and charged me another $150 in labour to take it apart again (aside from the part, which is fine).
So they put my carb together wrong, then charged me to do it again.

They've otherwise been good to deal with, and the owner seems like a good guy, but this is stupid.

Purchased a used boat yesterday from them. They treated us great with friendly service. I live in Nova Scotia and they delivered the boat to me in Dartmouth. I would highly recommend they guys to anyone and will be telling anyone here in Nova Scotia about my experience.
