After reading through some of the reviews, I was prepared for the worst, but the whole process turned out to be relatively painless: after managing the very rude/odd security guard who required me to "show him my documents" (as if that is any of his business besides seeing a valid visa interview booking), I was tended to by a member of staff who had gone swiftly through my application.

No smiles or positive energy in the room, but I did receive my visitor's visa to Nigeria 5 working days later just as indicated.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I applied for visa for myself and my daughter last week for visa to attend funeral. They took $553 and I tried to book appointment since last week but I couldn't even though all the dates for this week weren't greyed out except for Friday 15 November 2024. I emailed them to find out why I couldn't book for appointments online. I received a response stating that I need to add extra £60 for each applicant i.e. myself and my daughter (bear in mind this is after I paid $553). I then requested for a refund and explained that I would not add extra £120 for booking visa after paying $553 (clearly piss taking). I provided proof of payment receipt showing that they have taken $553 and until today no refund has been processed and they keep sending emails that don't make sense trying to prevent a refund for no reason frustrating me even more! meanwhile I have provided a receipt with proof of payment which is sufficient proof of the payment I made but they keep writing to me unnecessary emails stating that one of the application was for a single application which doesn't make sense at all as the receipt confirmed that the payment was for two applications! These people are Scammers as they deliberately blocked their website to enable booking for appointment this week and asked me to pay extra £120 for two applicants and now they are frustrating me with my request for a refund meanwhile I cannot even travel anymore for funeral. Terrible Scammers avoid them at all costs

The customer service number for lagos doesn't take calls. No matter when and how many times you call. Pls is there anyway to confirm if ois services lagos have received my Documents and passports ? This is so tiring.

The Security Guard at the London office on Fleet Street is possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered. The staff seem to enjoy being rude to people as some kind of power trip—it is bizarre and very unpleasant. I will also be complaining to the Nigerian High Commission, as I'm sure this is not the representation they want.

I have planned to travel down to Nigeria in October in which an urgent need to cancel my trip came up, I applied for a refund as I could not travel and up till now over 7- 8 weeks, they have not respond to me even after submitting the documents they required by recorded delivery. Service too poor!!

I applied for a visa to Lagos …I was truly ready for battle. I had all of my paperwork complete - nothing was missing. I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease and courtesy of the staff - much of the paper work was not even needed in the end. This made me proud to say I am a Nigerian. 🇳🇬 Excellent service - especially when I was prepared for the absolute worst.
