Great place, good salesman and staff

Price was much more than told over the phone..!

Was told $ 169.00
Cost was 374.00 !!! Absolutely Ridiculous.!!!

"0" Stars for this was told that the mechanics take the wheels off..... when I said that to one of the mechanics he said
" we don't take the wheels off"....

Bike was there for 135 days. Finally got it back jan 26th. My friend picked it up for me.
It had an engine light on it the second I started it for a trip Jan 28th. All 4 bearings were swapped out but rear tires still had play in them when I lifted the bike, winch wasn’t hooked up, plastics not put back on properly. Could tell it was left outside for a long period of time everything was sun faded and rusted.
Who knows what I havent seen yet.

Alex went above and beyond this weekend. Had a problem with a tractor purchased from OCR which left it inoperable, but luckily it was simple fix but I did require a small part. I phoned Alex minutes before they closed on Saturday, and he went above and beyond to get me working again this weekend. Exceptional customer service!

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in to look at purchasing a side by side. Salesman Alex was horrible. Looked at one he didn’t say it was spoken for but when our finance company called him all of a sudden someone else is looking at it. So. Picked out another one well my finance company has been trying to get ahold of him and he don’t return his calls. Oh and the whole time he was helping us if that’s what you want to call it he was on his cell phone texting and kept looking at his phone. I never liked OCR but thought I would give it a chance where they are close to where I live but nope never do business there and I will make it well known to anyone

Very unorganized. Called to see if they had a part in stock. Got told they had it. Arrived did not have it and had me wait 25 mins to tell me that they can't do anything for me. (Called because the drive would be 30 mins one way and wanted to make sure they had it in stock)

Customer Service chooses to blame other instead of providing solutions. It's been over 3 months that I've been trying to acquire generator brushes for a generator I purchased from them. they don't return calls and when I finally get through, they give me the same lame story and how they lost their rep. Useless.
