That company needs a union .They cut your hours and their are no incentives.I love working at the school but Nutriserve needs a union.Crossing guards make better money.They are a very greedy company and definitely don’t recommend working there if you need the money.

All around disgusted with the management From district director to upper Township director as well as their HR department . The job itself is not so bad it’s just the company and I must say the pay there are zero perks to working for them that company would have a future if they changed a lot of things around with the higher ups . The Turnover rate is unbelievable and they refused to hire more help if needed. I would not recommend this to anybody unless you have children or the management changes drastically I wouldn’t want my child fed with a company that’s rated a 2.4 that’s horrible looks like there needs to be changed by the reviews I’m seeing And definitely agree with

Management along with the HR department is absolutely horrible. The pay is unlivable. Absolutely NO perks to the position. District manager of Upper Township is a nasty person to work for. Her turnover rate with employees is incredible. Can not keep workers so constantly short staffed. Training ( giggles) better learn on your own or I’d advise to take the safe serve course. You’ll learn much more attending that training. Not a very professional place to work. The company could be a much better company if the company had much better leadership/ managers.

Dead End Job.Horrible Pay 25 cent raise every year if you are lucky, physically demanding stressful under appreciated no benefits no holidays dont appreciate their hard workers. They really need to value the workers they presently have and pay them accordingly
