I can’t thank this team of real EMTs enough for what they did. They arrived at my house just 6 minutes after I called and immediately began saving my wife’s life—right there on the spot—before even transporting her. They quickly placed an IV and started running fluids. The level of care and professionalism they provided was truly life-saving. This experience was far superior to previous experiences where responders weren’t certified to perform essential life-saving techniques like administering IVs. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise and fast response.

I worked for ems recently and got fired for no reason. This company is racist they don’t want emts with ethnic, tattoos , gay etc. they will find a way to fire you. Management is racist !!

Brian constaste and Ricky bipat are two amazing professionals. I would be remiss if I did not write an excellent review. Their professionalism and patient care are amazing. They are very well trained medically. We had excellent service by these two gentlemen.

Northwell Health sure has some racket going on with this course. Save your money and put it to better use going elsewhere. I paid $1300 for my son to attend the EMT course I WAS NEVER INFORMED AND NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY YOU WILL BE DISCHARGED FROM THE COURSE AND LOSE ALL YOUR TUITION IF YOU FAIL A TEST. They tell you that policy on the third session and by that time its too late to get a refund. What a scam!! So my son received excellent grades the first 3 weeks then failed a test and was kicked out. Dont be tricked like I was...stay away from this scam.

Building and equipment are outdated and dirty. Doctor spend 30 seconds to explain about my sickness. Physician assistant was rude. They were contradicting each other. Nurse and X-ray technician are nice and kind.

Visiting NYC from NC. Had a really bad fall and had outstanding service. Aaron Mendel and Adrian Roman were so comforting explaining everything to me. I was very emotional and they kept my sense of humor alive. I come from a family of children that work with the public and it takes special people to focus on the patients injuries and to help them relax at the same time. Hats off to two of New York’s finest.

Think twice before stepping in this ER. They will charge the hell out of you and will not even bother explaining what they are charging for. I've spent hours on the phone with billing department, sent letter to Department of Patient Representation - nothing. Outright robbery.

My husband fell off a ladder yesterday and broke both his arms. I cannot say enough about the team of paramedics that responded to the call. I will be forever grateful for the job these first responders do.
