I've been riding with this company over a year now and the office staff are amazing. They are sweet, kind, and caring. They work with you if there is a schedule issue. The drivers are respectful, helpful and kind. They are a top notch transportation company. I rode with other companies but this company is the best out of them all. Special thanks the owners for choosing the right drivers and office staff to make such a outstanding company.

Very nice drivers who are friendly. My only complaint is that they are not allowed to stop to pick up anything. I understand not wanting food to be eaten in the vehicle but it would be nice to be able to get something to eat at home. I'm in a nursing home and tired of their food and this is the only opportunity to get other food.

I'm thankful for this company and their desire to go above and beyond the expectations of the transportation service's they provide. From the friendly folks in the office, to the welcoming, personable drivers and the safe, clean vehicles they arrive in. They are levels above any other provider I've delt with regarding Medicaid transportation.

This is a vital service for the area. The door to door service for my dad is a huge relief for me. We have had several drivers and all have been very pleasant to talk to and have treated my dad with such courtesy. He is wheelchair bound and also has dementia. He doesn't always understand what is going on, but every driver has been terrific. Always gently but efficiently loading & securing his chair inside the van & unloading. Being able to ride along to his appointments is very convenient.

One of the Non Emergency drivers hit me on my way too work last week. Seems like they just hire anybody! My vehicle was at total loss & he unprofessionally took off into his place of work & was never too be seen again. He's lucky no one's older relative was in the vehicle with him!!
