I called to make an appointment to have my car checked for a noise in my wheel, I was able to come in the next day, and when I arrived, i was treated with the utmost respect, while my car was in for service, I asked if they would put weather tec mats, that was done for me too, the customer service department was great.

I had to call road side assistance because my car would not start . Driver came and towed my car to the dealership and the dealership checked my battery and determined that I needed a new battery. While the dealership had my car, they replaced the battery, put air in my tires and filled the windshield wash, which are two things I had planned to do myself the day that my car would not start. I never mentioned to the dealership that either of those things needed to be done. They seen that it was needed and they did it which saved me time and money. That I truly appreciate. The dealership went above and beyond in my book by taking care of those two things that meant nothing to them, but everything to me. Dealing with RA makes putting air in my tires extremely difficult for me at this time of year, and I also have to pay for air at the local garages. Thanks to the dealership taking care of it for me, I don't have to suffer taking the air valve caps of in this cold weather for another while.

After leaving work in Millertown and having to drive bay to the avalon area, my car was stuck in "shipping mode". I managed to make it to Grand Falls and stopped into Nissan with my Nissan Murano. They were quick and eager to help get me back on the road! Very friendly and courteous people as soon as I walked in the building! A great experience overall! Thank you, GFW Nissan!!
