** Police incident. If I had the opportunity to give a -5 stars I would. Long story short, I went to this location to get my nails done prior to my Birthday, only because Cindy‘s nails by Jane and Finch was booked and busy as usual. When I went to this location, I asked them how much a $50 set would be and they showed me the length Which I agreed with. When I went to the counter to pay for my nails, they said it was $80. I was confused, but there was a few customers in there and I did not want to make a scene so I paid and I left… Horrible decision. When I went home and looked at my nails, I noticed that my thumb was about half the length of the rest of my fingers and this is when I realized they did my thumb at a $50 length and all my other nails at an $80 length. I went back two days later to show them and explain to them that they overcharged me. They told me to come back another time where they would fix it. Lo and behold when I came back a month and a half later because I had got my nails done for my birthday at a previous location (Cindy nails) two weeks after they did mine. They told me that I came back too late and that they do not do nails for For free. Even though I was willing to Pay them the $20 which was the difference of the overcharge from my last visit. You guys they called the police on me. The police came. Let’s just say the police told these nail tech to never to call them back for a Situation such as this. I did get a chance to record it as I was in absolute shock at the disrespect. I will post it when I get an opportunity, but right now I am still so worked up. Do not go to that location do not support these people. They do not sanitize their equipment. They do not sanitize their equipment!!!!! I am going to save this one more time, they do not sanitize their equipment. They do not respect customers. They will call the police on you and make up lies and false information. Beware

Thy & Anna are very sweet ladies. The other staff not so much. It feels like what you ask for doesn’t really matter and they just do what they want ? And when you actually speak up about it they seem so inconvenienced and annoyed and still don’t listen to what you’re saying!!! Decided to go with someone new today and absolutely hate my nails but maybe that’s a blessing in disguise because that’s the last time I will ever go there to waste my time and money. So many red flags in this place.

I went there with my fiancé and it was horrible. She asked for checkered nails, and it came out extremely uneven, and it didn’t even connect to each other. Absolutely and downright diabolical. I wanted to cry on her behalf.
As for me, I did a basic manicure, and one of my nails needed to get fixed, and the lady proceeded to yank a chunk of my nail coat off and redid it again and proceeded to charge me more for the fix.

The ladies are nice, however I just had a shellac and manicure done on Sunday. It's now Wednesday and it has peeled off. My cuticles also look bad too. Not worth coming here.

Update: day 5, it all came off. It starts to lift in the corner and peeled right off. It's going to take some time to repair the damage to my cuticles.

The worst nail shop , I went to the location at Jane and Shepherd. I ended up with a nail infection. They don’t sanitize their nail equipments, rude staff.

The owner VAN has a TERRIBLE attitude, although I have gone there for decades. I asked to get cash to provide tip to the staff that did my pedicure and she denied it as she does not “trust anyone” I said sure… but I only want to tip in cash.. she yells to the poor staff that no tip was left and I told her she should pay her staff and also should of allowed me to get the cash to give her. I said I would even come back with cash to tip and she yells again “oh ya come back around Christmas right”. Her antics are just as crazy as she looks. Her business is doing poorly anyways as she has spent all her money on botched looking surgery lol. I do not recommend this place and will not set foot inside, although I’m sure she won’t be open much longer.

My friend got her lashes done for a wedding. She went to every store in her area to remove the lashes and they will not remove. Other stores states that they have used super glue on her eyes. Very dangerous. When she went to ask the name of owner they refused. She is currently in the emergency room.

If I could give zero stars I would !!
I went in for a pedicure with a friend of mine, we were done in 20min!
They rushed the job and when we got home out socks we’re stuck the the polish.
We called them complaining and said that we wanted a refund and they said sorry no refunds
Will fix it for you but no refunds !
I told her do you really think I want to go back after you did such a horrible job the first time ?
They kept our money and said they would not refund any of back.
They didn’t sanitize anything as soon as we were done other people tock our place, they didn’t even bother to wipe it down !
Sooooooo disappointed will NEVER go back!!!
