Today was my first experience. The woman I spoke with to set it up was very nice. The driver got me to the hospital on time and I didn't have to wait long to be picked up. Both drivers were attentive and also very nice. Y'all saved my butt today. Thank you so much!

Love the drivers and most of the dispatchers. Avoid Kim's customer service if you can she was very rude about a frustrating situation today and gave me a mental breakdown down. Everyone else is super professional and pleasant.

They sometimes will pick you up early to go to work and I would have to wait outside in the cold weather for 30 or 45 minutes, sometimes I have to wait two or three hours to get picked up to go home. Sometimes I can't go home straight away the driver's GPS will add another trip then driver will have to turn around and go pick that person up and then come back around and drop me off which is ridiculous.

I had scheduled a ride and called them to confirm they had me scheduled. And they never showed up after 3 hrs they say they didn't have me in the system!! I was in pain and will never use their service again

So we use the service and we made several appointments they never showed up and when they did show up, they were late they costed my mom $200 in doctor fees and refused to show up for other appointments said there were no vendors she is wheelchair bound and bedridden it takes us 45 minutes n to an hour to get her ready she now has a caregiver that does that because I live in Virginia and can’t get there all the time so I thought I would use the service. I will be reporting this to United healthcare and possibly talking to a lawyer. Beyond pissed

They are never on time, they’ll have you late to your appointments. They honestly need to figure out a better system to communicate with eachother effectively. Showing up an hour after the scheduled time is just unacceptable. Maybe have designated people for each area. No sense in waiting on somebody an hour away. No compassion either. I had a family member get their tooth pulled and had to sit in the waiting room for two hours in pain.

The worst transportation service ever They pick you up when they feel like it The drivers are nice it’s the people who answer the phone The lady name Kim is rude and has no clue how to speak to people She got smart with me when I called and told her that I had been outside for an hr waiting she had the nerve to say “You can wait inside” They have no courtesy and no respect for others and their time These doctors are getting tired of having to wait on them especially after closing hrs Sometimes they don’t show up until 6 in the afternoon I had one apt that was at 9AM finished at 10AM had my pick up time for 10AM they didn’t show until 6PM I had to pay for an Uber home. That’s ridiculous especially when insurance is covering it. They have no good time management skills, customer service is terrible. Do not ride with them unless you like being stranded

I have used this service, mainly for physical therapy and doctor appointments because I was unable to drive myself. The drivers are so courteous and helpful. Especially if you need help getting in and out of the van as I did. Yes, sometimes the wait can be a little more than people would like . But one needs to remember this is not a taxi service and they are trying to accommodate as many passengers as possible, in a low cost efficient manner. I will definitely use their service again.
