Swimming ear plugs broken for the second time in a while, sent an email in the hope of a discussion and have never heard back. Not only that, I had been given incorrect details regarding the warranty of these ear plugs but nobody seems to care. They are very good at taking your money but do not want to address anything other than that.

Great service, highly recommend for any musician to go there and get their hearing checked. The team both consultants receptionists are lovely and helpful. Got my appointment very quickly after the application process which was very easy. I look forward to trying out my custom-made earplugs (£44 in total for the whole process, what a bargain!).
