DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Wish I could give a big fat ZERO. I was hit by a driver last year and have an ICBC claim. I brought my electric scooter in last year on Sept 15th for an estimate to be done, they never once mentioned they were closing temporarily as I wouldn't have dropped it off to them because my ICBC claim has an expiration date. Called and emailed plenty of times. Their new voicemail states they moved locations and were planning to reopen in April 2023 and claimed they would call back their clients. No calls, no emails, and they will not answer the phone. I've reported to BBB, and they couldn't get ahold of them either. I've now gone to the police and the officer I spoke to said it's a civil court issue but said she would go down to the location and see if she could find someone there to get ahold of me to return my property. She went to the new location stated on Google maps, and there is no Motortoyz there. It's a different business. They're thieving scumbags ! Not only do they have my property, but now I obviously won't be getting my new scooter that I was supposed to get as the parts on mine weren't available for fixing so the driver that hit me was responsible for replacing the whole thing ! AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Stole my husband's bike, still haven't gotten it back after 2+ years. Got ahold of them semi recently, they answered the phone once and said it was probably in inventory from the temporary closing and that they would call back in a week. They never called back.

It was a very awkward experience for me. I called ahead to let them know my price range and what bike I wanted to look at. They didn't ask me any questions or give me any info just encouraged me to come in.
When I came in they showed me the bike. Then the mechanic asked what I needed it for and told me it wasn't the best bike as the braking system isn't great! Then the store keeper asked me how much I weighed! They both tried upselliing me another bike(s) but I already told them my price point.
I walked away feeling embarrassed, humiliated and my time was completely wasted.
Maybe train your employees to give info on phone so we have something to think about. I wasted over an hour of my time getting there. Trying it and walking away empty handed.
I won't be coming back

When Eric owned and operated the shop, I had THE BEST experiences there! Fast, friendly and super efficient.
I had a flat tire last year ad also asked for some routine checks, with specific areas to look at.
It took 2 weeks to get my bike back and as I've had amazing services in the past, I didn't do a look over and took it home. I could tell the things I had asked to be looked at, weren't, which led me to look at my freshly repaired tire. They plugged the hole with TAR, , in the dead of summer, it melted and my tire was flat within the month.

I have electrical issues (which I addressed then) and I refuse to return to them, leaving me with little to no options of an electric scooter shop. My bike has been collecting dust this whole season. 🙁

Great products at an unbeatable price. we purchased the Megantron electric quad for my son and he absolutely loves it. he drives it for hours around our orchard with no issues. The owner was super helpful and kind. He's since helped us with a battery issue we had after we overcharged the batteries by accident. I would highly recommend any one of his locations if you're interested in some toys.

They have a pretty good inventory (or access to) and seem to know what they're doing most of the time. Had a warranty issue on a new scooter (4 hours from purchase) and had to have some parts replaced. It was covered by warranty, but took a long time to be resolved.

Perfect place to get any bike or scooter! I saw a particular bike online and Sheena order them in and it came with in 3 days! My friend order her and Sheena phone to say her quad has arrive only 2 days later! Best friendly , fast and convinent service ever! Keep up the great work!

I knew what scooter I wanted, and was dealing with another scooter shop in Kelowna, but the owner kept lying to me, and pressuring me. I phoned Eric, and asked him if he could order the scooter I wanted in. He promptly did so, and has offered me superior service!

Eric and his staff care deeply about their customers, and make a lot of effort to ensure that you receive professional, top of the line care.
