Our company has been using MJ for a while now. And let me say that we are not easy people to work with and we can be kind of demanding and impatient at times. The staff at MJ, especially Dalia have been amazing! They never lose their patients and help us as best as they can! They do go above and beyond! Thanks Dalia and to your team as well!

Absolutely horrible company. They do the scheduling for Paratransit and have no idea what they are doing. If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They need to have their contract taken away from them.

Very bad customer service, they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t provide professional paperwork as proof of all transactions they process to truck drivers specially with their DOT and MC. Be careful dealing with this unorganized agency ? Socorro left me on eternal hold when I asked to speak to someone else that could provide answers.

Very rude customer service, they could not answer a simple question for me over the phone because I was not an existing customer I would have happily given them my business, if I was treated with respect. I called AZDOT and got my answer and the following information I needed.
