Avoid this place at all cost, they sold our truck repair shop the wrong part and then after a day spent in traffic they sold me the wrong part aswell. The parts team was completely disinterested which was apparent from their nonchalant behavior; they simply passed the blame down the line. I'm convinced no accountability will be had; despite all the stress and troubles caused.

Wouldn’t share part numbers for a fuel filter so i drove 1.5 hour round trip to buy them from vision in brampton just in spite. If your policy is no parts numbers than our policy is no business with Ajax mid ontario.

Do not take your truck to this place. You will regret it. We took our truck to this place for diagnostic and they told us the problem. The estimate was $4000. After getting my truck, there were still 2 engine lights on. After asking why the issue has not been resolved. They told us to F off, when we did not, they called the police on us. When the police arrived, we explained our situation, unfortunately the police cannot help and advised to get a lawyer. We are looking for a lawyer now to see what approach to take. So for anyone reading these review, do not take your truck to this sheathole because they do not have mechanic to fix, all they will do is steal your money and you have to seek lawyer to get it back. I am pretty sure they are not reading any of these reviews to fix their problems.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your establishment over the past eight months.
Despite spending a substantial amount, totaling $12,000 on parts and labor, I encountered recurring issues that resulted in over three weeks of downtime. The ultimate resolution was as simple as unplugging the elog from the OBD reader, a step that could have been identified and addressed much earlier.
Repeated attempts to communicate my concerns to Manager Andrew have been unsuccessful, reflecting a lack of responsiveness and concern for customer satisfaction. The handling of my vehicle's main chassis wire issues, costing almost $8,000, and subsequent elog-related problems exemplify a series of missteps that have adversely impacted my business operations.
Furthermore, discrepancies in pricing from your parts department, along with a lack of transparency in quoting procedures, have created additional frustration. The unprofessionalism extended to a promised truck wash, which resulted in an hour and a half of waiting with no resolution.
This letter serves as a formal notice of my intention to pursue legal action if a satisfactory resolution is not achieved promptly. I am willing to follow the due process outlined by Canadian law to address these grievances.
I believe in fair and equitable business practices, and I trust that, upon review, corrective actions will be taken to rectify these issues. I look forward to a prompt and amicable resolution.

Excellent service experience. I was towed in around 20:00, got in the shop that night, problem diagnosed and repaired before noon the next day. Service writers and techs all courteous and professional, kept me informed about what was going on. Being from out of town (Michigan), I really appreciated how quick they got me back on the road. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience here. My truck was diagnosed and underway with repairs within a short time of arriving. Dan, the service writer provided awesome customer service. As far as the cost goes, I thought it was very reasonable, they beat the average cost. Great team here, always willing to help.

I dropped off my truck 2 weeks ago and they give code to me 400$ than 1400$ than 2962$ I have all prove emails when I when to pick up my truck he show me 6000$ bills service guy told me pay or I call police and he called police on me and I paid 4000$ I pick up my truck still some problems and when I call back to dealership service manager told me don’t come back to the dealership and we want fix your truck go somewhere else

I scheduled an appointment at service a week prior to Feb24 2022.

I brought my truck in the night before February 24. I expected them to start fixing the truck asap because that’s what I was promised.

I called in the afternoon of February 24 and asked for the updates I was told ‘they never touched the truck yet’, but I was promised the truck was going to be done by the end of the day.
Nobody called.

I called again At 11 pm on February 24 thinking the truck was done. It wasn’t. They haven’t touched the truck yet.

Later in the night they erased the faulty codes and send the truck out as if they fixed the issue.
They didn’t.
Exact same faulty codes appeared after 2 hours of picking up the truck.
I had to drive the truck with DEF faulty. It was very risky to operate the truck under that condition.

(Before I brought in my truck I specifically asked whether I could drive the truck or not. They strongly suggested that I shouldn’t drive the truck when having dpr issues, yet they made me drive the truck in that condition)

February 26 I brought the truck back to mid ontario truck centres Ajax facility.
March 3 I wanted to pick up my truck after I realized that this place was hopeless.
I didn’t get the impression from their service department that they could fix the issue.
Very basic sensor issue became the most complicated problem for them. Stay away from here. Don’t waste your time.
They are literally hopeless.
