The young girl working there is rude and thinks she knows it all. Says it's not her problem that they are scamming families that have kids and are on a single family income. Make sure you guys ask all the right questions because apparently when these folks say you have something for 48 hours that's not what it means They will go and charge you more money for a day that you didn't use the product.

I paid everything up front to have the phototherapy machine for my newborn for 48 hours n literally brought back before 48 hour mark they claim I owe them another $100 make sure you have everything in writing when picking up n bringing back because these scammers will try to get over on you . Wish I read the reviews so I could have been more prepared ?

I have called to get my CPAP supplies three different times over the past 4 weeks. NO ONE could help me other than to tell me I needed to be fit for a mask. After leaving my number THREE SEPARATE TIMES, NO ONE BOTHERS TO RETURN MY CALLS. I finally got someone to talk to me when I called. She said I was eligible for my supplies through insurance to come and get my mask. After driving ALL the way there, I'm told I wasn't eligible for two more weeks (could have called me before I came). These people don't know how to call anyone on the PHONE. One star is too much!

If I could rate this location no stars. I was called and told the wrong price. The office was disgusting and trashed when I went to pick up. The office manager was rude to her employees and just overall a rude and nasty person. They were all about money. All about money so much that they tried to commit insurance fraud and bill me for something my insurance paid for. They don’t even understand their own contract with insurance. If you go here, please call your insurance before paying because I can’t imagine how many people they have screwed over.
