I will not be using this company again. I was sincerely hoping this would be a good company. I just signed my father up to use them as he is starting in clinic dialysis. However, on the very first day they were 30 minutes late picking him up for his appointment. Now they are more than 30 minutes late picking him up form the dialysis clinic and the clinic is closing.... Why would I want to use this company again? I scheduled this in advance and they failed to meet expectations twice in one day. Very unimpressed. At $107 round trip 3 days a week you just lost a customer worth thousands in revenue. Congrats.

This was a horrible experience. We moved my Mother in Law to SLC and I had made special arrangements to get her dialysis on a Saturday evening. This company was 45 minutes late picking her up for her appointment. When they finally got us there, the driver gave me a pen and told me to call the number on the pen an hour before we needed to be picked up but that they would plan on being back at 10pm. I started calling at 9pm to their 24 hour number and got nothing but voicemail where I left a message with the time to be picked up. I tried several more times with nothing but voicemail. By 10:30 when the van still hadnt shown up, I realized this company had just abandoned an 80 year old dialysis patient at a clinic at 10:00 in the evening!!! Good thing I was there or she would have been stranded.

Terrible company! My first experience with this company was awful and I can't believe I would try them for a second time. Same results! The first experience I was called by dispatch at the time MTC was suppose to be picking up a patient and was told they wouldn't be picking up this patient from the hospital, because they doubled booked and I needed to figure something else out. The second experience they were an hour and half late picking up a patient. No one called to let us know what was going on and when I called the phone just rang and rang. Using this company is reflecting poorly on the type of service my company provides! I will never use this company again and I will urge everyone I partner with to do the same.

Our wheelchair van broke down when we were in Sandy, leaving my spouse and I stranded. We had tried all day to find a solution to our problem. We finally located this service. The owner of the company picked us up around 6-7 pm and delivered us home in another county. We had a very difficult situation. They accomodated us in every way. We couldn't have been more grateful. I would recommend them.

This company is a great medical transportation services. The drivers arrive on time and are very friendly. Their drivers are accommodating to the needs of their passengers. I will continue to use their services for our medical transport needs in the Salt Lake Valley!
