Des voleurs... On a les à informé des le départ que le robinet de la cuisine était cassé et il me le facture 150€...malgre la vidéo... Irrespectueux et odieux passe votre chemin... Et quatre jours pour être remboursé des 1750€ de caution qu'il encaisse évidemment...et l'employé qui demande à sa chef on fait et la patronne qui dit eux les français on les charge... Je vais contacter le siège de cette entreprise pour cette escroquerie. D'autres français ont rendu leur van au même moment eux c'était la pluie qui s'infiltre dans leur van...

Sehr freundliches Team! Etwas weiter außerhalb gelegen. Wir haben uns ein Uber genommen, alternativ aber auch gut mit dem Bus 900 zu erreichen. Beim Weg zurück hat uns eine Frau vom Team sogar zur Bushaltestelle gefahren!

Unser gebuchter Camper hatte leider einen Motorschaden, wir haben problemlos ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das nächstgrößere Modell bekommen. Im Nachhinein ein Glücksfall, wir waren mit unserem Modell mehr als zufrieden, er hatte die für uns perfekte Größe um noch an die etwas entlegeneren Orte zu kommen.

We had amazing service from Jodi, Sarah and Mandy. Communication with them was very easy and prompt from booking and during the hire. Our campervan was first class and perfect for our trip - pick up was swift and everything was fully explained. Drop off just as easy. Would highly recommend - thank you

Super mooie camper. Alles wordt tip top uitgelegd bij het in ontvangst nemen van de camper. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en aardig.

Alles in allem hatten wir 2 tolle Wochen in dem Wohnmobil:

+ freundliches Personal
+ fast neues Wohnmobil in sehr gutem Zustand
+ unkomplizierte Übergabe

- in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen wird oft von "spotless clean" geschrieben - das kann ich nicht zu 100 % bestätigen (es war nicht wirklich schmutzig, aber ich habe den Eindruck, dass man das Wohnmobil so bekommt, wie es vom Vormieter zurück gebracht wurde)
- wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Kühlschrank (hat nur im Gasbetrieb gekühlt, nicht aber mit der Batterie, was in unserem Fall auf längeren Fährfahrten inkl. Verspätung der Fähre wegen technischer Probleme dazu geführt hat, dass die Lebensmittel über 9 Stunden nicht gekühlt wurden); als wir deswegen per WhatsApp um Hilfe gebeten haben, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir einfach immer das Gas aufgedreht lassen sollen und sie sich um eine Lösung bemühen; zum einen ist es fahrlässig, mit aufgedrehtem Gas zu fahren und eben auf Fähren unbedingt erforderlich, dass man den Gas-Hahn zudreht, und zum anderen braucht man natürlich viel mehr Gas, aber generell gelöst wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Rückgabe nicht und auch da hat das niemanden sonderlich interessiert; dieses Vorgehen hat uns doch recht enttäuscht und die Frage kam auf, was wohl gewesen wäre, wenn wir ein größeres Problem gehabt hätten...
- die Abholstation liegt recht weit außerhalb, was mit Gepäck und für das Reiseprogramm natürlich nicht so angenehm ist, lässt sich aber auch mit Bus und zu Fuß recht gut erreichen, zumindest wenn es nicht regnet 😉

Fantastic Scotland motorhome experience!!!

We booked a motorhome a few months before but the model was unavailable and they immediately told us of a replacement for a bigger and better motorhome. We are so happy with the motorhome, it is a new 2022 model and the inside looks new and has an automatic drive as well!

We were late on the arrival day due to a bad accident on the motorway which adding 2 hours to our trip and we arrive at 5:15 pm which is after the site closing hour, we called the staff early and the gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and kind and let us know he will stay for an extra hour for us to check in. It is also important to mention we were able to park our car on site and did not need to worry to find parking spaces elsewhere.

During our trip we noticed an error code on the heating dashboard, my partner communicated with the staff on whatsapp and they responded very quickly and gave us step by step solution which was super helpful!!!

On the last days of our trip, we had a little accident in which we hit and cracked both the side wheel bumper and the side light. We were worried all our deposits may be gone as we have seen so many car rental companies take advantage to overcharge the customers, especially foreigners like us. When we returned, the same gentlemen greeted us and let us know not to worry as it did not seem like a big issue and we will have most of our deposit back, and we are so glad to know that! I must say they charged us reasonably for the parts + labour as I found all the parts online, and the cost matched!!!

Beautiful Scotland and lovely McRent Edinburgh!!! we have experienced with both London and Edinburgh McRent, but have to say Edinburgh is better in all aspects! We'll be back in the future!

We hired a fantastic motor home from here and had a great week in it, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
