All I can say is I wish I could give more stars !! Scott Smith is awesome. I hated the car I was driving. It was a 7 month old Tesla. He knew I was gonna buy a car and he was more than fair on my trade and more than fair on their vehicle price !! Actually, I would say generous with my trade and generous with their vehicle price !! Bought from him before and will go back to him again !!

Took my sisters car for an oil change and then my dad picked up the car and 5 minutes later the check engine light came on. Took the car back and all they did was cleared the codes and told me to drive the car and it will clear the check engine light. Drove the car and it came back on again. Put a scanner to it and it was showing there was a short circuit for the 02 sensor bank 1. This car never had a check engine light until I took it to this dealership. No one will service this car because they locked it and made it so that only dealerships can service These cars. This is a one step forward 3 steps back situation. These cars depreciate in value for a reason. Was told I will get a call back from management but didn’t hear back from them. Don’t let their little Uber rides fool you. Garbage engineering.

Just another dealership trying to rip people off... I went in to get a sell quote on my 2016 Maserati in great shape with around 40k miles. KBB ranges it from 22-26k. They offered me 15.7k and said "that's what KBB gave us." Then at the same time they're selling a 2014 Camaro LT coupe with 130k miles for 14.9k... KBB quotes that car at around 7-9k...I understand dealers need to make money, but there's a difference between profit and gouging. Clown show.

Alan James at Salt Lake Maserati/Ferrari was awesome in helping me purchase a pre-owned Maserati. Alan answered my questions and was very reasonable during the entire process. No hassle. Great place to buy a car. I'll do business with them again for sure.

UPDATE: Is there a way to make this review 10 stars? j/k I just had another amazing experience at Maserati/Ferrari of SLC. I love my first Maserati and my experience, but I wanted to get another one. Alan was awesome to work with again, super patient. Sean was also very helpful. It's refreshing to go to a car dealership and be treated like a normal person. Obviously, they want to sell you a car just as much as anywhere else, but they maintain a certain professionalism that make you feel comfortable during the entire process. Thanks Alan, Thanks Sean. Great to work with you guys.

I bought a 2008 Maserati Quattroporte last spring. The purchase experience was smooth and without any heavy unwanted sales pitches. They allowed me to test drive the car over the weekend which was smart, as it gave me time to fall in love with it. I purchased the car with a small list of minor repairs that they agreed to take care of as part of the negotiated price. They also agreed to detail the car, which was simply outstanding. The 15 year old car came back looking brand new! However, with one of our negotiated repairs - a faulty alarm system - the experience turned very frustrating. I ended up getting a complete runaround between the repair shop and dealer. The repair shop identified the problem - the alarm switch - but said no replacement parts were available. I found the part within a 2 minute search online, so I assumed I was just getting the run around. Since then, several attempts to get the alarm fixed over the past six months resulted in them finally just ignoring me. They didn’t honor our purchase agreement, which is frustrating. If buying a used car from Salt Lake Maserati, make sure any needed repairs are completed before paying your money!

Maserati of Salt lake is awesome! We were downtown and hit a massive pothole in the middle of 500 S. It blew the tire, luckily we were a block away from the dealer, we pulled in and Allan came out and told us not to worry "we got you" they gave us a loaner and had us on our way! What great customer service! Thank you Allan and Maserati of SLC

Just bought a PERFECT maserati here. The car itself is 5 stars but the reason why this is truly 5 stars is the customer service, and dedication they have towards customers. I worked with Clay. Not only is he patient, understanding, and professional, hes also just an amazing human being. Your selling yourself short not doing business here.
