My all in one computer started turning black screen,it turn on but the screen was black.
So I decided to take it to Maru Computer Services.(wrong decision).
Thinking that I would recieve the solution to my problem.
The person who attended me told me to leave the computer to him to diagnostic.(he never made it clear that he was not the technician)
After four days and not knowing what had happened,I returned to that place,to ask if he already knew what the problem was.He told me "I do not repair computers,call the technician "and gave me a phone number.
After a while a person arrived and told me"I haven't checked the computer because I have been busy doing other things".
I asked him to return my computer to me.
He answered"I don't have it here,come tomorrow".
I came back next day,and He was not there,so I called him.
And he answered me again"come tomorrow".
One more time I came back,and he was not there.
I called him again asking for my computer and he didn't answer.
I left a voicemail saying "If you don't give back my computer I will call the police".
Later he arrived very annoyed saying"why would you bother me,if I went to the church and then to have lunch with my family!"
He gave the computer.
I paid " for diagnostic".
When I checked the computer,it had scratches,it looks like this pseudo technician used chisel and hammer.
But besides one of the two ram memories was missing.
And one more thing,the screen was cracked at the bottom.
Meeting such bad person, unrespectful,dishonest,with lack of ethics,is a bad experience!
I don't recommend this place!
