I want to say I had never been to Martin until I had air ride problems with my 2015 Ram. They tried to fix it. And after a short period it acted up again. To my surprise, the level of service after the first visit is where they went above and beyond. They did not give up to make me a happy customer. From Jay in service to his technicians. I got top notch service. I want to thank everyone there. This type of service is not that common anymore. I will not only recommend service there. They are on my short list when I decide to purchase new. Thanks again guys and gals. I appreciate it. Cheers.

The service department is absolutely amazing.

We were driving down the highway when our vehicle started acting up so we called them asking if we could bring it in and they let got us in right away & checked it out & had us back on our way within half an hour. Super grateful for their help.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Theresa for my new truck. I was not an easy customer to deal with, I looked for months and was very particular due to the high prices these days. Theresa was 100% genuine and patient the entire time. I sent a message at one point not knowing she was on vacation in another country and she took the time to message back. I’m sure the whole sales team are similar, as I dealt with James who was equally as nice while Theresa was away. Being from Brooks you get that nice home town feeling. I met the 3rd generation owners and their father who used to own it - am so glad I bought from them & absolutely love my new truck. Thank you Martin Chrysler.

This review pertains to the SERVICE department.

We have recently (past 6 months) brought in two vehicles for diagnostics and repair. The first vehicle was a 2012 Ram 1500. It was freshly rebuilt and needed to have some ECM tuning done. I called ahead and specifically asked if they could tune it, and even further stated exactly what needed to be done. I had also requested a few other odd jobs were done. They said they could do the ECM tuning, so I booked it in. They returned the vehicle with a huge bill and then told me that they did not do the tuning because they could not. The only reason i used the much more expensive dealership was because I needed someone who could tune it, and it was the only job that NEEDED to be done.
I later took it to ENCORE AUTOMOTIVE who I highly recommend, they did the tuning for a very fair price, and they have served me well since then.

The second vehicle is a 2022 Dodge Durango with around 60 to 70 thousand kms on it. It has been having continuing problems pertaining to the electrical system, they battery voltage becomes low and the vehicle warns the driver that it will be shutting off soon. It has had numerous additional warning and error messages pertaining to electronic systems. Time number one the vehicle was brought in, and the main battery was deemed to be faulty and replaced. The problem continued. It was then brought in again wear they found a loose wire off the alternator. The problem continued. The third time it was brought in it had been booked two weeks in advance and made clear the vehicle needed to be finished in two days. A phone call confirmed they had not so much as touched the vehicle at 2pm during the second day the vehicle was there. At 4pm I personally went in and talked to them where they stated the secondary battery was sevearly corroded and completely disabled. I then asked if they were looking to find why two batteries had failed and corroded so soon, and they said they would test drive it to see if the problem was gone and that would be it. The vehicle was finished and picked up. The problem returned.
The reason they get two stars is because they have not billed us, they stick it under warranty without question or awaiting for approval from Mopar.

Great and helpful personnel there. Generally too busy for the drive through / express service which is a bit of a nuisance, but also a sign that they must be completing good work to keep that busy. Call for service appointments..

Really great family-owned business. Service is always over and above for taking care of any issues with our vehicle. Front staff is super welcoming, and it's always a great experience if having to go in.
