Nous avons fait appel à la société VIP Manhattan, pour faire un transfert de l'aéroport New York JFK à l'aéroport New York Newark. Nous avons réservé un chauffeur pour aller plus vite et ne pas louper notre 2eme vol pour Cancun. Nous avons attéri à 13h40 et la Limousine est arrivée à 15h50 !! Nous avons attendu plus d'1h sur le trottoir !!! J'avais réservé une limousine ; ça devait être une surprise pour mon mari et mes 2 enfants, la surprise a été plus que ratée, puisque mon mari était en colère et mes enfants en pleurs, parce qu'ils avaient peur qu'on loupe notre 2eme avion ! Lorsqu'on a appelé la société, ils nous ont répondu "Madame vous êtes à New York, il y a des bouchons !". Je pense que le travail d'un chauffeur est d'anticiper ce genre de problème, surtout lorsqu'on s'appelle VIP !!, et de ne pas laisser des clients attendre plus d'1h, sans même les prévenir ou les appeler. C'est moi qui est dû les appeler 3 fois, alors que je n'ai qu'un forfait français. J'ai eu des frais en plus !
Lorsqu'on est rentré en France, je les ai contacté pour leur dire mon mécontentement. Au lieu de s'excuser, ils m'ont dit que je mentais, que leur chauffeur était arrivé à l'heure !! Quelle honte ! Et ça s'appelle VIP !!
