I shipped a 2019 BMW M4 from Minnesota to Florida, and the whole experience went absolutely amazing. I request an enclosed carrier, and the pricing I received was about half the price of other quotes I was getting. Will is who I worked with on the shipping and he was extremely attentive the entire way, and ensured my car arrived on time. In fact, I was initially quoted 3-4 days for the shipping, which is a very acceptable time frame, and to my surprise the car arrived in 2.5 days. I was overjoyed with the amazing service. The driver was very professional and ensured that I was happy with the car before signing the release of it. The smoothest shipping experience I’ve ever had and will be using LTS for all of my auto shipping needs.

In fact, I’ve already referred friends and family over to LTS and their experiences were the same as mine: Top Notch Service!

Honest, Trustworthy, and Competitively Priced. Can’t ask for a better company to work with!

Owner response is a joke! Who makes a deal, cutting out the service provider, so they can pay MORE for the same service? FACT: LTS DID NOT send a driver to replace the one who refused to accept the contract. I paid $1300 for a $1000 service, as the receipts prove. Boo. You L I E, badly. Any literate person can check the negative reviews and come up with an idea of the service you'll get with this half ? company.

BEWARE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE. The other one star reviews sound very similar to my experience with LTS.

They required that I pay upfront, a deposit of $299, with a balance of $700 upon delivery. I was promised a driver on the morning of April 30th. I had no leeway, my timeline was strict and I could not leave another day. They would not confirm, ignored phone calls, and randomly answered text, trying to change dates on me. By the afternoon of the 29th there was still no driver or confirmation from the company. When I finally heard from the driver, it was only to cancel, late in the afternoon of the day before I was supposed to be picked up. LTS promised to send another driver but no one ever showed up to move my trailer. I was forced to pay the first driver $1000 to come late on my moving day to pull my trailer to my new site, 7 hours away. I did not get out of my site until after 4PM so there was PLENTY of time for LTS to send another driver. I called my bank to dispute the deposit but LTS sent them forged documents, to show they had held up their end of the contract. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!! My bank has now reopened the case with my receipt, text messages, and recorded phone calls. I will file a(nother)complaint with the BBB as they seem to have had many before mine. The $299 deposit would not be in dispute had they not failed to send me a driver on the morning of the 30th as promised. They will fail to get you moved and then claim their services were rendered. This company needs to be investigated. ZERO STAR.

DON'T RISK IT!! CALL ANOTHER TRANSPORT SERVICE! THESE FOLKS WILL TO RIP YOU OFF!!! SCAM!

Honest Report here - I spoke with Kristen B...the owner...and the driver. Not once did the price increase and the driver beat my delivery by several days. I will do business with these guys again.

I contacted LTS Transport Services as I needed to have one of my cars shipped out of state. Will was who I dealt with and he made it so easy. From start to finish he was prompt, on top of everything and most of all honest. I got the run around from a few other companies and Will did not disappoint. My car arrived without a scratch on it and ahead of schedule. I was worried about getting the car on the truck, but I was assures it will fit and I put my trust in LTS Transport and I am SO glad I did. Thank you for taking all of the worry away. Now I know I have a company I can trust and will definitely use you guys again.

I had been waiting on a transport company for 2 weeks to deliver my new trailer. I finally decided to try another company and put the request out. LTS was the first to respond and offered me a price I thought was too good to be true. They gave me an estimation of about 5 days for it to arrive. But what an amazing surprise when they delivered my trailer to California the day after they picked it up in Illinois. They were courteous, my trailer arrived way before I expected it and not one scratch on it! I would definitely use them again!

If I could leave less than one star I would. They gave me a price and never contacted me back. What makes it worst is that I've used them before and this second time around was just a terrible terrible situation. I still haven't heard from them and they were suppose to get my car two weeks ago. Leaving me stranded ultimately cost me an extra 600 to ship with another company because I had no other way to ship my car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Update: they only contacted me after I left this review. They did State the person I was in contact with was in the hospital. However what doesn't add up is I called him 3 days before my car was picked up and he stated that the next day he would send my info. The previous time all of my info driver stuff was since at least 2 weeks before pick up. And outside of contacting my rep I emailed the company and called the company multiple times not just the rep I talked to. No one answered or called me back. If you know you're employee is out sick why not transfer his work to someone else or better yet pick up the phone. I did call various numbers outside of the rep still nothing. So don't try and pull heart strings now you guys didn't even offer to help literally 2 weeks went by after my initial pick up and I left this review you all never contacted me. It shows that they only care that I wrote this review.
