We purchased LG window air conditioner/heating unit unfortunately you did not work upon trying to return it. We were told that we had to get an authorization from LG. The helpfulness of the store managers was not as great as you would think it would be when trying to return a simple item. Secondly, you would think that Lowe’s would be responsible for getting an authorization for return not the customer definitely not purchasing any thing else from Lowe’s.

Waited, waited, asked for assistance 7 times.!!!!!!!! Trying to get info on hot water heaters. My brother is a Marine vet and can't stand long. We ended up getting the wrong one. We live 160 miles, one way, to get a badly needed hot water heater for him. We we're totally ignored. The customer service at this store is beyond terrible. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Now we have to make another trip to return the heater we purchased.

Can I say enough about this Lowe’s? I use the Lowe’s in Idaho Falls Idaho and I’m always very satisfied. I have gotten cabinets designed there and I use it for all of my home improvement needs. As a woman I often have lots of questions and their staff is always very helpful and willing to help me find the tools that I need as well as make suggestions.I love this store and the people that work there.

Organized, clean, and staff is helpful. It is hard to find support sometimes, but it is understandable during busy times. Great discount for veterans and account holders. Take advantage of the pro desk.

Delivery associates did a great job, but upon entering my home they “accidentally” hit the door jam with the water/ice dispenser controls causing slight cosmetic damage. Also there is what appears to be a screw missing on the inside(not sure). Not upset, just need to know who to call to see about remedies.

My wife set up a curbside pick up to get 3 closet doors because we have a 3 year old, a 3 month old, and she had to get them while I was at work. The pick up order said it would be ready on Monday however she kept checking for updates and by 2:00pm after not getting the ready for pick up notification she finally called. She waited on hold after getting automated answering machines for 10 minutes and then when customer service finally answered they were no help and said she would just have to wait. Nothing the rest of the day. She waited till 11:00 am the following morning and then finally decided to just go and get them herself. She made the 40 minute drive and still no updates so she got the kids out, cancelled the pick up order, and had to push the dolly while pulling the kids in a shopping cart. If Idaho falls Lowe's is going to offer the convenience of curb side pick up then they need to actually get orders done. Not impressed with their service, very impressed with my wife however.

I've come here a couple times within the last little bit, and from what I've seen, there is a serious lack of care and empathy displayed by the management. We witnessed one of their managers yelling at an elderly couple to hurry up walking across the store because they were walking too slow for his liking, and the poor couple looked so sad as they tried their best to keep up with him.
The fact that he was fine just yelling at a customer was insane to me.
On top of that, everytime I've been in, no one has offered to help find stuff, and I have to seek people out. Very very disappointed. The only reason I've come back is because there's stuff that I need there that I can't find other places.
Do better.
